My only complaint is that the U-Haul website was down which made it impossible to rent the trailer I needed while I could see it sitting on the lot. Took all day to complete a process that should have taken 30 minutes. I believe the agents at the locations should have the ability to rent to a customer even if the web site is down.

Steven DPut some dry lube spray (graphite), on the latches for the tire straps, it does not leave an oily residue to attract dirt. The latches were extremely hard to work with. Other than that it went very smoothly.

Billy CChange the information on the trailer I rebted as it says 5x9 but it is not 5 foot wide. It is just a little over 4 foot wide and this made using it difficult at the item I was hauling which was 4 foot wide a very tight fit.

Eric G….the “no” response above has no bearing on the pick-up location but on the U-Haul Corp itself, I spent $291.50 for a truck that leaked water on several pieces/boxes of my property inside the cargo bay. After looking for the source of the leak. I found where the the upper right corner of the cargo bay had been previously damage and repaired with silicone caulk and apparently not that well. There could have very well been leaks in other places as well as the affected contents were in the Mom’s Attic and boxes half way down the bay towards the back. Plus , U-Hauls reservation system and truck availability sucks, they try and send you miles from your starting point to pick up a requested truck because the starting point location does not have the size truck requested….so Inhad to settle for a smaller truck.
RICHARD TI have no issues whatsoever with this location. It was great. The drop off location however is a whole other story.
