Better trucks
Shannon MI tried to drop off the night before it was due and there was no where to leave van or keys and no one would answer the phone on location and I couldn't even get a hold of anyone with Uhaul.
Austin GLocation didn’t exist
SAM BA customer from Hell made impossible for us to get our truck at 10:00 am We even had to call the police because of his aggression toward us. He and his wife in different vehicles blocked the gate from us going in or out. We had a reservation at 10 but did not get to truck until 11:16 am and wasted our time with the little time we had to move. These people were so disrespectful and aggressive. License plate said SP1C3Y Tundra
