The function of the truck was great! The truck did the task it was asked to do. However upon pickup the trucks inside was dirty. They’re was a liquid spilled all over floor boards and orange juice bottles under the seats.

There was no one on site I had to call uhaul to get a pin number to a lock box that was inconvienent and time consuming I put 17 extra miles on the truck trying to return it which took away from my deposit that must be mailed back because there was no one there to issue my cash deposit refund

After several attempts to locate the owner over two days, over an hour and a half of phone calls, unreturned messages and 60 miles driven out of my way, the u-haul help line was able to identify an alternative key drop.

Alex SPoor and inadequate customer service. Individual on-site did nothing except tell me to drop the trailer. A very poor representative for U-Haul. Simply put, avoid this site for pick-up or turn-in. I should charge U-Haul for doing this representative's job.
