I got to the uhaul location at 12p, the original time of my reservation. The truck wasn't there. No one called to let me know he didn't have another truck. Waited 1h for truck. Person at location made a slightly racist comment .Talked to customer service and regional scheduler 3x. One of them reassigned my location without my permission. Cost me nearly another hour to rectify and get into truck. I was unable to accomplish the task I got the truck for within the business day and called Uhaul. Told truck not due back til 12 next day. On the next morning I get a call from a rude individual telling me the truck was due back at 8p. I told him I had already made arrangements with Uhaul and hung up. Dropped truck back after use but will never use them again
