We used this location the first time we were in Bullhead City and needed a truck. Once again, Ray was polite, professional, and thorough during the rental process. Unfortunately we could not return the truck during their hours of operation, but he had a safe location to drop the keys for an after-hours drop. We will be returning to this location again when we are in need of a truck.

Mary JI chose this location because of the 5-star reviews. Bonus- it was right down the street from the offloading location. I was as prepared as possible for all the things that can become problems -specifically, the rental had driver info that was different from the payer info. I worried for no reason, the 5 star reviews were on point. As we parked, along with several others that were returning, a U-Haul Rep walked up cheerfully greeted us, asked us our name and if the fuel was right, then thanked us for our business and promised to email a receipt shortly. Truly a no hassle return. I will definitely use this location when I need another U-Haul. Thank you!!

rory wI couldn't use the 24/7 due to bad Internet reception, so we were delayed quite a few hours. In fact I had to go to another uhaul location to rent a truck. It was terribly stressful and pressed for time that was not necessary and I do wish that had been different.
