The employees in there store were extremely rude to me and my family in regard to returning the truck. They did not acknowledge us when returning it and kept worry about the gas in the truck and telling us we had to put a full tank in there.

They wouldn’t accept my truck when I first got to the store, stating “we don’t have space, I don’t know why your dropoff says this location”. The parking lot was half empty. They told me to drop it off at the Uhaul store around the corner. When I drove there, the manager nicely explained why they couldn’t accept it- as my contract told me to drop it off at Contonou. So I drove back to Contonou and they reluctantly accepted my keys. It had looked like they never accepted a truck dropoff before.

I booked late in the evening and obtained the rental through the app. After completing all the steps to get the truck once I received the code for the lock box I found no key was left in the lock box. The number on file that stated it would be 24 hours did not pick up and the mailbox was full. It was a huge inconvenience because I had to wait until the following day in order to get the truck and move my belongings.

I am disabled I asked can my fiancé come pick up the truck because I’m disabled and sickly they said yes they will put it on the reservation I had to come sick sweaty and then they canceled it and I told them my daughter waiting on me at college they finally got me the van smdh bootleg

The truck broke down on me in the middle of my transport. I had to wait an hour in the heat for roadside assistance to come jump start the van. Then when I was finally able to drop the truck off, the attendant asked me why did I not put any more gas in the van!!!!!!!!! Horrible
