Yes, the time in which your reservation is,needs to match up with time of location. Or the system to check in and pickup your U-Haul, needs improvements, had a lot of issues that my reservation was canceled and I had to call to get in active again. I don't like to say this, but I should've took note of the reviews. I was trying to be a good person and help out the local affiliates and not the big box dealers. I think I will go with the big boxes dealers next time.

Originally the reservation was made for downtown Raleigh, NC. Went to pick up the truck and learned that we now had to go 17 miles outside of Raleigh to pick up the reserved truck even though there are at least 3 other U-Haul rental offices closer. There is a reason you reserve a vehicle at a certain location. If the vehicle is not available at the location reserved, then U-Haul should make sure it gets there. Not send the customer running all over the place wasting valuable time that could be spent packing and loading. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with U-Haul.

I have not meet face to face with them. I believed they all good and excellent only a big U-haul truck very challenging to drive-in because gas pump and small location.

Customer service at this particular location was great. The clerk was very helpful. I tried using the pick up by mobile feature. It would not let me click the link of pick up my truck. I was in the correct location. So I had to cancel my order and then go inside. The mobile experience needs a lot of work. The inside the store experience was much smoother.

The location itself was fine but Uhaul's corporate software made it very difficult for him to provide service. It took over 20 minutes to rent the truck because the website was down.

There was a little problem with your computer recognizing my vehicle’s (Ford F-150 2017) ability to handle towing a 2001 Honda Civic front wheel drive. It finally did so, and I was on my way, Other than that it was a good experience.

The only drawback with the truck was either the lack of experience driving a large vehicle or the mechanics of the front end as it was a small battle to keep it in the proper lane. Otherwise all went well.

The representative was to busy working the the site to help me. The trailer head a flat tire so my brother pumped it up for me before I left. We had to keep checking it all the way home because it kept loosing air. The the was flat again by morning and we had to add air just to return it. I told the dropoff location not to let anyone else rent the trailer without checking the tire first.

General comment: I will not use u-haul in the future. Extremely expensive $150 +. Gas for a 4 hour rental of the smallest truck in the fleet. Terrible decision.

Not the fault of the personnel working there, but getting my deposit back was less than thrilling... UHaul systems need to be updated and consistent across ALL locations... the fact that the person trying to help me cannot get supervision support when problems arise are troubling... bottom line, the customer suffers while they figure it all out...

Very nice person running small store. Very helpful, store is old and a bit run down. But otherwise everything went smoothly. He knew what and how to do the rental. No guessing fumbling or trying to take short cuts.
