I wanted to rent from Capital Blvd and was told two days ahead they wouldn't have the size truck I wanted there so I had to go out of my way to go to this other store. Cost me me more in mileage as a result. Not impressed...especially since I HAD to return it there. Overall, not a great experience.Hope K.

When I chose my preferred rental location a month before my rental it was for the convenience of that location. The day before the rental my pick up location was changed to a location 20 minutes farther away. When I checked in to pick up my truck at seven in the morning my checking would not complete and was told I had to call to complete the check in. At that time I was told the location I was arriving at to pick up my truck was closed and did not do the 24 /7 exchange. I was told I would have to drive over an hour away to pick up my truck which I ultimately did but it ended up costing me three hours of time I should've been moving and had to drive over 80 miles away from my original pick up location. This was completely ridiculous and unacceptableMatthew S.
I didn't realize I had to download the Uhaul app. ahead of time. I thought it was encouraged but not required. The store worker was able to help me out but at first said that everything was done outside the store. Also, the store was a change in location from where I originally placed the order. It wasn't a big deal as it wasn't that far away but it's not where I originally put in the order.Donald A.

They are only doing a mobile order pick up and there is zero mobile service out there at that location. We had two phones we tried with two different networks and neither had service. The employees at the location didn't have any information and were not helpful.Brittany M.

Yes, the time in which your reservation is,needs to match up with time of location. Or the system to check in and pickup your U-Haul, needs improvements, had a lot of issues that my reservation was canceled and I had to call to get in active again. I don't like to say this, but I should've took note of the reviews. I was trying to be a good person and help out the local affiliates and not the big box dealers. I think I will go with the big boxes dealers next time.Angelo C.
Originally the reservation was made for downtown Raleigh, NC. Went to pick up the truck and learned that we now had to go 17 miles outside of Raleigh to pick up the reserved truck even though there are at least 3 other U-Haul rental offices closer. There is a reason you reserve a vehicle at a certain location. If the vehicle is not available at the location reserved, then U-Haul should make sure it gets there. Not send the customer running all over the place wasting valuable time that could be spent packing and loading. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with U-Haul.ken H.

Customer service at this particular location was great. The clerk was very helpful. I tried using the pick up by mobile feature. It would not let me click the link of pick up my truck. I was in the correct location. So I had to cancel my order and then go inside. The mobile experience needs a lot of work. The inside the store experience was much smoother.Douglas F.

There was a little problem with your computer recognizing my vehicle's (Ford F-150 2017) ability to handle towing a 2001 Honda Civic front wheel drive. It finally did so, and I was on my way, Other than that it was a good experience.tyrone B.

The only drawback with the truck was either the lack of experience driving a large vehicle or the mechanics of the front end as it was a small battle to keep it in the proper lane. Otherwise all went well.RONNIE F.
