I can't believe you are the ONLY option in my area. The service I received sucked and I had zero recourse! You have 2 or 3 systems in place that don't speak to each other. I rented a truck online, was informed that it would be scheduled the day before pickup, when I call that day there was no truck. Period, no help, just nothing! Not to mention, the district manager had changed it to a DIFFERENT sized truck! I, myself, had to call the next town over to schedule a smaller truck (because that's all that was available) and drive it, not only 100km here, but the 100km back to return it.... then it was a fight to have ANY discount on the final price. AND I got stuck with the final fuel cost of $104. I will NEVER use your company again! From this day on, whenever I see a review option for your company, I will make sure to do one!

The location was great. However we were not satisfied.Far from it. The people at Country Tire did everything they could, but the company screwed up.We did not get the size truck we wanted and had to take a much smaller one. We never got a notice about it. The lazy at Country Tire said we should have gotten a phone call but we neverrecieved one.. This is the second time we have used Uhaul and the truck was not at the location we were expecting. Last time we had to drive 80 k to pick it up.

We had to drive an hour to go pick up the trailer because even though we reserved the 6x12 at our local location, it wasn’t available there, thereby making it a complete inconvenience to go elsewhere to pick the trailer up, especially when one doesn’t know this till the day before. Plans are already in place and this throws a real curve ball into plans. And apparently the Williams Lake location had a 6 x 12 at there location but it needed repairs. But this was supposed to have been serviced a ways back.

Didnt like the fact I was charged for 2 days even though I said I only needed it for 1. And had it back in 1. For that fact alone I will probably use another company next time if it is avalable

Vehicle was quite dirty in the cab and exterior. The cargo area was clean enough. The front windshield had many rock chips and cracks that likely make the windshield unsafe for rental as the integrity of the glass is severely compromised in this condition.

I just wouldn't recommend u haul this is twice I have used uhaul in the past book in advanced and they gave my equipment to someone else Same this time.I really think you need to get it together,as the right hand had know idea what the left hand is doing,than head office wants to blame the outlet.This screw up cost me a extra 120.00 in fuel and all I get is the best we can do is give you a 50.00 refund . This is just not acceptable for a company of your size.
