The location is a different name when you arrive and no is there to take the keys.

david lThis was the backup location as your system was not up to date at all for my original drop off location. What’s worse is I asked someone on the call line around 1pm if there was any special information needed and he confirmed that that location was good for after hours drop offs. I spent over 45mins trying to sort out where I was supposed to go and what I was supposed to do. Luckily, Victoria is an excellent employee that you have on the call line. So she assisted me with finding a location that I could actually drop the vehicle off at. The entire drop off was a nightmare outside of her efforts to fix the massive f**k up that was the original destination I was given.
NICK GIts not clear where to drop it off. We looked around the front for 15 mins before finding out its on the back side, where you can only access it through a complete different road. Its not clear AT ALL where to drop it off. Put directions.

BLANCHE WHard to find, no one available at time of pick up. Waited 45 minutes to be met by staff. Once staff arrived, paperwork/processing too slow.

Thomas GNo one was in the office. I had to do uhaul's job, documenting the mileage, taking pics of the dash, cab and cargo area. I felt like an unpaid employee. I won't rent from u-haul again.
Kate SI was charged an extra $13.64 but was not told why. That's not really transparent is it?
Quandus BRude and unhelpful staff. One just walked away after I had asked her for her and the other staff had to tell her to assist me. The person receiving equipment outside was nice. I have called 4 times to straighten out my rental and still ended up being charged higher than what my contract states without any help.
