The woman who took my order did not tell me that I would be picking up the truck at a uhaul store where I would speak with a person, instead I picked up a truck sitting on a parking lot and I had to call to learn what to do. I was also charged a different amount than quoted.

After I turned my truck in that same afternoon the keys were never checked in so I never received my diposite back I had just moved into my new place and really need my money back .. when I called no one answered so I went to the store with my husband.. when we got there the worker was very mean disrespectful yelling and at a point of asking for services he ignored me a continued to watch YouTube .. cursed at us and refused to call his supervisor or owner to get the situation handled I had to call customer service 8 times .. it was a terrible experience I will never rent from U-Haul again my feelings were hurt a long with never receiving my diposite back.. no one never came to the store to help get it resolved so my children went without cause I never got my money back . Customer service was terrible the hole operation was terrible .. I feel like I deserve a refund.. now of the whole rental.. it was the most embarrassing thing to go threw .. they were so mean to us we approached the situation with respect and care and it was just no human decency at this facility..I will not recommend that location to anyone
VERDINA SCOTTTruck was medium clean. Someone left items from earlier rental. Gas indicator on agreement was incorrect. I was charged for gas even though I bought gas and provided receipt. Check engine light came on and oil indicator showed 3% remaining. Customer service was atrocious. Proprietor was rude and unpleasant at start. Employee was rude and unpleasant at return. Location was unclean and poorly maintained. I will NEVER do business of any kind there again!
ANTON HAWKINSMy reservation was made at a different place than what I requested and the time was also different from what I requested. Furthermore, the location where I was supposed to pick up was not open at the confirmed pickup time, the shop owner showed up a whole hour late. I also requested 24/7 pickup but when I went to pick up the truck that was not possible.

Ann BiserStore was 30 minutes late opening. The manager did not know where truck keys were located. He did not know how to check me in. Registered and paid online, received confirmation of completion to get the truck at 12:00pm. I drove off the lot at 1:30!! Unacceptable.

Donald CarangeloThe first thing was the agent was super rude. Then when I said I already provided all the info on the website, he became aggressive. Then when we my friend (the driver) started the uhal, it was showing Tire monitor service system on the dashboard. Once I called him, he said call to the customer service, by then it was already noon with all these hassles. Then we took that to check the tire pressure and it seems okay. When we dropped at 3.30pm, the guy was there and when I asked when I will get the notification that i dropped off he said I will email you and still didnt receive any.
