I had done everything online but the internet was down at the pickup location and they had to call someone else. Luckily he was able to clear the pickup for me.

Original pickup location was Ferris Tire and Auto and no one was there even though everything was confirmed the night before. Called Uhaul agents and they were great in finding and getting us anither truck and location to pickup. Uhaul agent saved the day. Ferros Tire and Auto should be reprimanded.

Don't think you need too , the first location went above and beyond to locate the size of trailer I needed and they were very friendly.

Store personnel did not hook up safety chains from trailer to vehicle correctly; did not cross under hitch like they are supposed to. I fixed so not a big deal. Maybe just need better training.
