Using the app was one of the worst experiences i have had. I was not aware a ref was needed an they had to answer the phone. This held me up for 30 minutes. Upon return taking the photo of the odometer took 5 tries never worked it would not upload. The facility an staff were great the truck worked as intended but the app is marketed as convenient but is the opposite.Robert F.

I signed on for rental online, but cellular reception was so bad at the site, I couldn't get to my online rental agreement, $19.99/day. In inking the replacement contract, I was switched, for the same equipment to $89.99/day (lower mileage costs). This may have resulted in lower net costs based on mileage charged, but I was overcharged for more miles than I could have possibly driven.Stefan G.

I attempted to pick up at West Warwick location, trailer was defective dead right turn signal so I could not pick it up. I haul representative refused to wear mask. I was sent 45 min away to pick up from the N Smithfield location where the next trailer had A nail in it and was losing air so I could not pick it up. The uhaul representative stated he wasn't surprised there is a lot of debris in their parking lot. Thus delayed my trip! When I went back to west Warwick to pick up the original trailer the next day after supposed â€œrepairâ€ The representative told me repeatedly it was my truck that was the issue and not his trailer. I knew this wasn't the case but in order to stop the argument I told him â€œlet go hook it up and seeâ€ and the trailer turn signal worked fine. He then changed his attitude and blamed his asst the hooked the lights up the previous day. He still refused to wear a mask in the second dayNathan S.

We were charged for 50 miles when we only did 30... we tried telling them this had to be incorrect because we tracked every route but we got charged for 50 miles. Completely unhappy with this. Wont be coming back.Tyler L.
Make sure the truck the customer orders is there when they pick it up. If not you need to do something to accommodate for the inconvenience whether shaving off the price or something. If you don't have enough trucks then you shouldn't advertise that you do.Steven P.

Our pick uup location has changed twice in 2 days, each time farther away, less convenient. this same thing happened to my daughter two times over this past summer. The initial response that I could pick it up at a location 15 min from my house was misleading and seems to be a pattern.RANDY K.

The tailor I rented was old and no safety catch so door wouldn't slam shut with me in it. Once it came down with me inside and had to yell for assistance to get out. second time it came down on my back . Poor piece of equipment to be rented out. luckily I wasn't seriously injured.Pamela L.

The system was down when I went to rent, the workers were wonderful and accommodating. However, the experience I had returning the truck was horrible and uhaul should be mortified at how rude the gentleman is representing the business. There was no communication about what he was doing on the app. I have no idea how he rated the truck or what I was charged for. I dropped off the truck at 10am on Tuesday. The older gentleman does not belong in customer service.Lindsey G.

Cowesset sun was excellent. It took me forever to reserve the vehicle on your website. It seems that amounts, card numbers and requested time of pick up changed when I moved to the next item. For example, I had requested 24 hours usage for a pick-up truck and the owner said my reservation was from 2:30 pm to be returned at 6:00 pm the same day. He said the pickup was reserved the next day at 1pm. He offered us a van, which was OK but not my first choice. Please address your website's reservation process.Ruthann G.

Owner stated there was garbage from a Wendys left in the cab of the truck. We never stopped and ate at Wendys. Also asked if there were security cameras, owner stated no, and if someone hit the truck after parked in unsecured lot we would be responsible. I think this place is shady. Wont use again.Debra C.
