I rented a van it was 3 quarters full I returned it full it was very dirty I had it washed and vacuumed.
VICTOR CI think the gentleman that we worked With is too smart for U-Haul. He was one of the smartest guys I’ve ever met and he’s wasting his talent with U-Haul.

mark mThe truck was a little beat up, and the folks working there didn't do the walk through inspection with me. Maybe they did it before I got there, and it didn't end up being a problem, but I worried while I had the truck that maybe they would try to claim some of the dings on the van were my fault. Which they didn't do, of course, everyone at the location was friendly, helpful and got me in and out fast which was is very helpful and welcome on a moving day. Next time I have to move anything to or from the Warwick area, I will definitely use Cowesette Sun, and have told others to do the same!

ROBERT D1st. Employees were unpleasant. 2nd. Trailer I rented was 6ftx12ft. JOWEVER the tailgate opening was on 5 1/2ft, 6INCHES TOO SMALL for the item I needed to move AND useless to me. Because the rate would have been the same for the 2hrs I had it AND the 24hrs I DID rent it for, the trailer SAT UNUSED in my driveway the whole time ... VERY DISSAPPOINTED... other trailer I saw at locations had the tailgate, the SAME SIZE as the trailer itself... why was this trailers tailgate smaller ... I HAVE PICTURES

Adolph Di loved working with the location. However, this particular vehicle had a strong smoke odor pervasive and did not make for a good experience, despite the vehicle being clean.
Subham SThe location was excellent. The van smelled so bad of smoke that we had to wear masks while driving. While we only had a two hour rental I had a sore throat and headache the rest of the day. The van should not be rented until it’s cleaned up. It’s disgusting. We would not have taken the vehicle but we had no choice as we had movers waiting for us. We should get a full refund. We threw our clothes away that’s how bad the van is.

Kara LI got an order a trailer when I arrived had to wait 30 for the guy to remove a car that was in front of the trailer afterwards he just left and didn’t hook up the trailer.

Nora MI rent trucks from uhaul , ( usually 15'), on a regular basis. I normally rent them from a different location, however, they did not have anything available for me. To help accommodate me, they referred me to the above location. I received a truck that was in HORRIBLE Condition and barely made it home. I had to stop twice and rest the vehicle. I drove back roads only and the uhaul was squealing loudly. I never complain, but this was a terrible experience. I told them about the vehicle and they acted like they didn't care. This is not a way to do business and I should know as I have been self employed for many years.

John EYour website needed to check in and use the lock box is terrible.We sat outside at the box for 2.5 hours trying to get keys.We lost money by having movers ready at 8 am only to get keys at 10:30!
