James LI was happy to have had a newish truck for a 12hour drive. Truck had good suspension for bumpy roads. Thanks Uhaul. But might be time to redesign trucks or driver cabin...for more comfortable long drives. My gas pedal foot and leg had alot of pain.

Emily JWhen I received my rental, floor board was dirty. There was drink cap left in the drink holder. In the back of the truck had nails from previous rental. There was only that one truck and I had a timeline, so I had to press forward.

Faheemah RNo one present or to answer phone (9pm) no signage but did find 1 other UHual truck behind return location (no way to park out front as it shares parking lot with several other businesses) after some careful turns was able to squeeze it into the grass lot in the back.

Anya IInterior of truck was not cleaned out nor clean. Smoke ash, 2x4 board, and toilet paper. It also had not been clean to get the dirt and grass out.
Charlie MPost the correct times of operation online. And inform your customers of the correct drop off location. Your online application could be a little more customer friendly (tweak it please).

George SI will be contacting customer service tomorrow. I have many disputes and am not satisfied at all. Was charged for gas when I have proof of where it was when I picked up vehicle, charged a late fee when I did not get my vehicle at the requested time. I did a$50 guaranteed reserve location and did not get the truck nor location.
Jason CHad moving pads ordered using online reservation system. upon arrival this location did not have the pads. Had to travel to another Uhaul location to get pads.

Richard IU Haul is sideline. Had to wait behind other store customers even w reservation. Store did NOT have any of the equipment I had rented only truck. Had to go to another location to complete rental.
