Return time was not listed, only the date. Upon speaking to somebody on the help chat, they stated that the return time would reflect pick up time. After speaking some more it was in fact 30 minutes earlier. (Would be charged an additional day if returned late). The actual drop off location has no signage as to where to leave the trailer and has very poor lighting. (Returned at early hours, sun was not up). Area does not feel safe. No tools were provided to lock the trailer up while it is not attached to vehicle so feeling nervous upon return as far as if somebody steals it being held responsible. Do not recommend this location for drop off.

I had to wait almost 40 mins for the store owner/manager was there to input my information into the computer, even though I chose to use my phone to pick up the truck. It defeated the entire purpose of using the "mobile phone pickup". Messed up my schedule but otherwise decent interaction.
