Location was closed before end of business. No signs posted for notification of why. Had to leave trailer and contact 1-800-uhaul number for help. A little frustrating given I had to drive 60 miles to drop it off.

I was promised 30 free miles, I was scammed. Im never coming back to Uhaul ever again, it has happened to two of my other friends so this isnt uncommon.

The truck has no ac runs hard and loud and I was moved locations and it was too late to move again because of the ac since I showed up and no one called me. So I had to drive an 25 min away from my home just for no ac In it

One of the doors was broken and had wood planks. The place inside was filthy and all Seating areas were torn, dirty or mismatched. I felt so uneasy in there. The two men in there were nice. I'll never pick up or drop Off at the location. The U-Haul was dirty, full of rocks and dirt on the feet areas. The steering column had snot. The steering wheel Was sticky and the A/C did not work in the truck I rented. It was just an overall bad experience. I've rented from U-Haul before and never had an experience like this.

Original location uhaul wanted me to get truck from was Green Valley an 1 1/2 hour drive for me. Was put on hold and given new location actually in Tucson the location I needed Uhaul gave me wrong phone number for location I was picking up truck from so we just drove over early and were able to get truck. Truck was great and I was able to get all my belongings in it

Upon arrival to pick up the uhaul I waited in the business lobby for 10 minutes without anyone coming to help. I had to call the business while waiting in the lobby to get someone to come up and help. The guy that helped me was very short and seemed annoyed to be helping me. The uhaul wasn't ready when I arrived for it, it still needed to be checked back in so I waited around for that to be completed. Not the best expirence.

I got charged a random 20 dollar fee when I should not have been charged. I returned the uhaul the night before it was due back so I do not understand why I got charged. This makes me never want to use uhaul again.

Needed to sweep out trailer before use. Took 1/2 hour to get paperwork done. Even though I found several locations closer to my apartment I was unable to get my location changed. I would have had to cancel my reservation and start all over. Also, price changed on my rental yet I was not notified of the change. Had I not been monitoring the price, I would have paid more. Also I requested a change in pickup time, well before the actual pickup date, but this was never reflected in my reservation. My last call finally got the time changed.

Truck had an exhaust leak which affected performance and also caused The floor boards in the cab overheat to the pint that you couldn't put your feet down without excessive heat. We were lucky to have made it to WA without a Breakdown. Trip was very stressful.

My review has nothing to do with location it was fine. Good customer service. The problem I have with Uhaul is the other truck I rented had flat tire in New Mexico and we sat for 5 hours waiting for someone to change it. Set our whole trip back 5 hours. I had people lined up at our destination to unload and it screwed everything up. Customer service is Uhaul would contact us within 3 business days. I haven't heard a word from them in the future I will contact Budget or Penske. I will not rent from Uhaul again.

Was informed to pick up trailer at 8:00 AM and was not open until 9:05 AM. When you are moving this is totally unacceptible. A total black eye for U Haul.

We really wish that we didn't have to drive 200 miles to find a van and a car trailer with only one day before our trip was ready to go. We had reserved it for weeks prior and kept calling back to double check on everything and kept getting yeah it should be here which was only a mile from our house really did not work out very well for us at all very stressful and confusing

I will not rent from this location again. Dirty truck. Just a little over 1/4 of a tank of gas upon pick up, returned the truck after putting gas in, they charged me for not putting gas back to 7/8ths of a tank. Thank goodness for photos. Instead of fixing the charge, I was told to take it up with uhaul, which I did on my next day off of work.

When I arrived to pick up the 5X8 trailer the gentleman I worked with to rent the unit was very helpful. I backed my car up to the trailer, he put the trailer on the hitch and when wiring the trailer to my car, noticed my adaptor to hook the lights to was missing. He loaned me the adaptor for the day so the lights would work, checked their operation and sent me on my way. I would definitely use this Uhaul trailer rental site again!! U Hauls representative did you Proud!!

Though I made reservation weeks in advance, my convenient location was changed to an inconvenient pick-up location. Nevertheless, I was awarded extra miles for my inconvenience, bravo. I had to go to another location to aquire a furniture dolly. But those guys were nice and fast and we we're on our way in no time at all. The truck was the perfect recommended size and handled well on the road. I will recommend Uhaul to my friends anytime.

Location was not very courteous or helpful. Truck was blocked in. They were not happy they had to get of their seats and make it available. Also, furniture dolly was not in truck as promised in agreement. I had to push them to call around to find me one. They were not polite about finding one. Very poor customer service.

I needed an adapter for the trailer lights. The young man that hooked up the trailer loaned me his but wanted a $20 deposit for it. When I returned the trailer I mentioned the adapter was his which he remembered but quickly left to go back to the office and said I was all set and didn't need to sign anything. No mention of returning the deposit. While I was going to let him keep it anyway, the lack of the offer to return it was not a good look..
