evan/leanna t | Overall ExperienceWe had a really truly sad experience with Crosslands.. My items were in storage for 6 weeks and came out covered in rust and mold. I am a single Mom of 3 that had to dispose of $8,000 worth of our lives. My childrens’ beds, our kitchen table, our couch, just everything that we need to live. The storage unit management and ownership took no responsibility and even went so far as to be rude and curse in front of my young son (the manager).. I was kind and calm but that didn’t seem to matter. They took zero responsibility for the standing water that was at the back of the unit and just really did not care one bit about the situation. The owner tried to scare me from taking any legal action by saying her daughter is a lawyer. We are currently rebuilding our lives while they act like nothing happened. Even the walls of the unit had mold on them. Devastating.

Steve A | Overall ExperienceWe found this place after the original location we were given to drop off the truck was, just that, a location to drop off the truck. There was no personnel there to give us a receipt. But, when we went to Crossland Storage, Becky was very helpful and pleasant. She handled everything professionally and was very personable. And, we got a receipt. I don't think we should be allowed the option of dropping off the truck and any random location like the Cannon Ball Loop location. There is NO ONE there to give you a receipt and you just drop off the key in a lock box. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
GLORIA BAll was good however when we pulled the ramp out it had broken glass all over it. Otherwise this location was by far better than others we have used

Roger HOverall it was a pretty good experience, but none of my rented equipment was in the truck. So the truck itself was clean and worked great. But I reserved blankets and dolleys and none were provided. I even called the day before to make sure we’d have no problems since I was picking up the truck before the shop opened.
Blake RSteering wheel is way off center and the steer tires need balanced. They hop on the highway. Overall a good truck though.
CHAD AMy whole experience from start to finish was excellent! I have no negative feedback whatsoever! If there had been just a little more room in the driving compartment, it would have been easier to get in and out! Other than that, I am very satisfied! Thank you Becky Bumpus! You were an absolute lifesaver today!

BOYD LHad trouble with the return. I was charged an extra day and then received multiple calls saying I hadn't returned the truck. I did get the extra charge refunded and at least for now no more calls. Hopefully it's been resolved.

vernon hThe driving lights do not work, I was pulled over last night and was issue warning citation due to the facts that's the light don't work, but the turn signal lights work. Proper maintenance need to be conducted on equipment and vehicles before giving them to the next person.

Jeff LProblem: I reserved the equipment for the forsyth location however it wasn't there/ didn't come in the night before lime it was supposed to. The folks at that location were very apologetic and helped find me solutions. Situation sucked but because they worked to help me it was resolved and I was able to get done what I needed.

Asked her several times about the size. She assured me that she had that size and it was no problem. I had even mentioned that I was told that size was not for one ways and she told me who ever I talked to didn’t know what they were talking about. When we got there she didn’t have that trailer and swore up and down that I told her a 5x9. She also told me that size trailer didn’t exist when it is clearly on your website. I had to take the trailer because I was needing it to haul items back to Dexter.
