Very different location. Local business similar to flee market but very welcoming. Took care of the checkin and all went well
steve rThis was my first time renting from Crossroads Emporium. I had my reservation down as a self-pickup, but the app wouldn't let me pick up the truck... again. I've only had it work once for all the times I've tried it that way. I had to go inside for help. As a software dev myself, I beg you to please fix the app so it works as advertised. Anyway, the gentleman who helped me was so very kind and helpful! I wish I remembered his name. The truck I rented was clean and ready to go with no issues. Aside from the inability to pick up without assistance, this was another good and uneventful U-Haul rental. Thanks, and see you next time (hopefully not too soon though, moving stuff sucks lol 🙂)

Clark SThe guy and his wife were very nice and had the dolly hooked up. We used the wiper once and it broke. Also the brakes did not work well when it was fully loaded with the dolly on the back.
Melanie GThis is the last time we will ever use UHaul for our moving truck rentals. Pickup location was changed at the last minute and drop off location was changed as well making the return 20 miles out of the way. Staff was extremely rude when calling and even hung up on us. Absolutely terrible customer service!
Derek GTruck was in good condition and ran well to my destination. However, when I dropped truck off at drop off location I was charged for 3 miles over an unrealistic mileage allowance!!! This only occurred because there were No gas stations close by for me to fill up as I took truck to drop-off location and therefore I had to drive further in opposite direction to reach a gas station which caused the 3 mile overage. This extra charge is RIDICULOUS. This charge needs to be reversed or I will never used U-Haul again.

Anne HI was originally told I could drop of here but by the time I got home I got a message I would have to drop off a a different location 15 miles further away. They said there was no space available here. A complete lie. When I got here there was enough room for 20 or more units. I spent 45 minutes on the phone getting this straightened out.

Sue MWe received an estimate of the charges in email but have never received the final receipt. Needed to provide names and contact information for three renters in order to rent this truck for three hours and 30 miles. Crazy.

GEORGERYLAND OReceived call from U-Haul earlier in the day requesting if I could return truck to a location further away. I agreed, and when we got there after hours the drop off experience was horrible. No cell phone service at the location and no one around. Could not do the self service mobile return. Had to drive a mile to get cell phone service and get thru the mobile self return process. Then the key drop box had a pad lock on which I had no code for. Spent over an hour on phone with U-Haul rep only to finally be told to leave the key between the seats and with the truck unlocked. Awful experience and they offered no refund for any of our trouble.
KADE WWhen I dropped truck off at Buffalo Junction the guy said he would check in truck, we had it there before 2 pm (picked up at 9am), he didn't check truck in until the next day. So I got charged twice. HOWEVER< I was double charged at Winters and at Buffalo Junction. I called the uhaul number and that lady was no help
Lisa SYour corporate system sucks. Reserved trucks not available, our reservation was changed by a not involved location somehow, we were charged for items for which we should not have been charged. We spent hours on the phone straightening out the mess that the corporate system allowed, with no compensation for for the trouble caused by the U-Haul system. Terrible experience.
Lee EWas told to just leave the trailer in the lot and someone would check it in later. I was a little uncomfortable just leaving it the with no paperwork but a receipt was emailed to me later.
Mauri AThey didn’t know we were dropping off because uhaul never told us, I reached out by phone and e-mail and no response. I was overcharged by $120.00 and currently have a pending case with them. Don’t bother they’re not worth it. Try Budget. Or a friend with a truck.

William RThis location isn’t open every day for service. Was glad to catch the owner there. He was very nice and accommodated my needs. The location listed for drop off was more than 30 minutes away. So I just tried the one I used and got lucky to find this place.
Patricia GThe store was not open but the manager of uhaul stopped by and was terrific in helping us. Unfortunately the order was not done correctly as we had trouble checking in to get the truck. It took us 2hrs. they had the wrong account number and some other things. . Other than that the representatives were both great on both ends.
