REgistration process took some time due to internet connectivity

They said there was no space available here. A complete lie. When I got here there was enough room for 20 or more units. I spent 45 minutes on the phone getting this straightened out.

I agreed, and when we got there after hours the drop off experience was horrible. No cell phone service at the location and no one around. Could not do the self service mobile return. Had to drive a mile to get cell phone service and get thru the mobile self return process. Then the key drop box had a pad lock on which I had no code for. Spent over an hour on phone with U-Haul rep only to finally be told to leave the key between the seats and with the truck unlocked. Awful experience and they offered no refund for any of our trouble.
KADE W.When I dropped truck off at Buffalo Junction the guy said he would check in truck, we had it there before 2 pm (picked up at 9am), he didn't check truck in until the next day. So I got charged twice. HOWEVER< I was double charged at Winters and at Buffalo Junction. I called the uhaul number and that lady was no help
Lisa S.Your corporate system sucks. Reserved trucks not available, our reservation was changed by a not involved location somehow, we were charged for items for which we should not have been charged. We spent hours on the phone straightening out the mess that the corporate system allowed, with no compensation for for the trouble caused by the U-Haul system. Terrible experience.

Mauri A.They didn't know we were dropping off because uhaul never told us, I reached out by phone and e-mail and no response. I was overcharged by $120.00 and currently have a pending case with them. Don't bother they're not worth it. Try Budget. Or a friend with a truck.

William R.This location isn't open every day for service. Was glad to catch the owner there. He was very nice and accommodated my needs. The location listed for drop off was more than 30 minutes away. So I just tried the one I used and got lucky to find this place.

It took us 2hrs. they had the wrong account number and some other things. . Other than that the representatives were both great on both ends.
