Was double charged. Sent email to the email address on the invoice. No response. Truck was dirty and had gang writing on the side. Truck I reserved was not available at pickup. Horrible experience. Worst ever renting a truck. Over charged by$43. Sad especially no one will respond to my emails.

I spoke to a guy name Diego however when I went to go pick up the truck he wasn't there. Somebody else help me when I brought it back there was no one there and I talk to a girl who told me they will just send you an email of how much it is so I received my bill but they took Out $30 more out of my account I would appreciate it so I can call me my number is 909-519-1121

First of all the guy who served me stepped on my commercial driver's license and broke it I have to take a day off work and pay 56 dollars to replace it I make anywhere from 500 to a thousand dollars a day I haven't here any about helping my out with my expenses

Jennifer working behind the desk was very helpful. Without having to contact her through the closed door (due to CV19), she came out frequently to make sure I was progressing on the app and help me through the process. The other gentleman (forgot his name) was very attentive and made sure I was Ok even though he was consistently running around helping others.

Bigger UHaul sign needed since the location is easy to miss from the road, the way to get to the office through the gate in narrow and a bit confusing and also need bigger and more signs, and you cannot go into the office because of the Covid19 precautions and you have to wait outside.

I will never use U Haul again.. reserved a 26' truck two weeks before we needed it.. 5pm the night before we received a phone call that there were no 26' trucks only 20' and I have to pick it up an hour away. We are moving out of state and this was too small. Now I have to make a second trip back to California and pay another months storage due to their error!

Better driving instructions need to be posted on U-Haul's web site as they are incorrect. I noticed a problem on Google Maps and called in advance to get the correct directions.

Rude. 3 mistakes caused much stress. Wrong size truck available (even when reserved 1 month in advance), no trucks at west location so transferred to different location who had the wrong pickup date and fewer moving accessory rentals. Awful experience overall. Will not use Uhaul next time.

I was disappointed in being advised at the return of the vehicle that I needed to refuel it...I did all the reservations via the app, and it never mentioned it. By the time I dropped off the car, there was no need to refuel as it would've costed more to put more miles.

Took too long to pick up vehicle online. Truck fuel was below empty, thought I wasn't going to make it to gas station. Person in office was rude when I returned truck. She came out of office and very rudely told me to move the truck and that I had to return the truck online. She seemed upset that she had to come out of the office and I interrupted her sitting around.

Specifically told the employee that the furniture dolly was not included in my truck and asked them to remove the charge but they didn't, instead they went ahead and charged me the full amount!!!

Too much waiting time in the store. I had an appointment at 9:00 am and i couldn't get the van in time. I waited 1 hour then i had to go to another store to pickup the van at 10:30. I waisted half the day to do my moving and i had to pay more money for uber to go from store to store and pay the men who helped me move more money.

The truck was by far the worst vehicle I have ever driven. I have driven several commercial vehicles in my day and I know that they are not designed to be the most comfortable vehicles but this truck was loud, shook every bone in your body and you felt every crack, creaves and pebble in the road. Uhaul should seriously consider retiring this truck.

Why don't you have a warning in huge letters on your contract and why don't sales people warn me that: DO NOT THROW THE KEYS IN THE KEY DROP OFF BOX BEFORE YOU FINISH THE PROCESS OF RETURNING THE TRUCK ONLINE DURING AFTER HOURS DROP OFF!!! you should get a separate signature from each customer just acknowledging the statement above before renting any vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! otherwise, because of your stupid system designed by dumbest people, customers will be in a situation when they bring the truck back after hours, drop off the keys in the box and leave thinking they can do the return online later at home! but then they find out it's impossible! so we have to come back in the middle of the night, stay next to the truck to do the procedure on the phone just to find out that we cannot take another picture of the odometer because we already locked the truck and dropped the keys in the box few hours ago!!!!

The cab of the truck smelled so bad like cigarettes that I had to keep the window down. It was 104 degrees out very inconvenient. The staff were nice but very slow. Why do online registration when you still have to sit and wait 30 minutes for your vehicle.

I had an order confirmation for a 26 ft truck and a furniture dolly, however, none were available for my use. I would like some of the charge for mileage reduced as I had to make multiple trips.

The employee working this site was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was giving a time to return the truck at 10:24 am and he called at 09:40 asking where I was. Because someone was waiting on it. I told him that I was just finishing up and I had to ensure that I put the gas back to where it was. I will not be using this site again. I would highly recommend getting a new employee. I believe the employees name is Jon.

I felt paying close to 200 dollars to move just 50 miles away was a little too much, I might as well paid professional movers at those rates. The drop off was not convenient having it be in a vape shop? Never heard that before, and it was closed so I had to back track and drop it off somewhere else that did have a 24 hour drop off... overall my experience was bad.
