First off they charge me for a 15 ft truck when I had a 10ft truck. Then I tried to let the man know that they have a error in they system. He argued me down

I ran into several obstacles with the rental process however I felt that Mr. Oliver did everything he could to make my rental process successful. We had some technical difficulties however Mr. Oliver was able to work thru those issue and I was able to move forward with my rental.

I rent truck often, and always return the truck timely, no one told me about checking the truck return online on an Apps. The person only to drop the keys in the box nothing else. Now I stuck with $20 fee. I will make sure this is last dollar paid to U-haul. That's robbery. Also will make sure my friends, co-workers and business partners know about this wonderful review of U-haul. I will advertise for you

Quantez HarperWas at the pickup location before the pickup time and no one was there at the store. Called uhaul they told me I couldn't do moblie pick up. Called the owner of the store at the pickup location and he said it was mobile pickup. Called uhaul back and ended up doing mobile pickup.. wasted almost an hour of my moving day dealing with this.

Did not understand the terms of the Uhaul contract even after I explained it to him several times. After truck was returned he charged my credit card another $72 because he did not understand it was a 2 day rental. Had to get my refund from area manager after an hour on the phone with customer no-service. Uhaul should be embarrassed having this place represent their brand.

Brenda HankeyI picked location because it was scheduled to open at 10AM so I could verify everything was there with someone in person. No one was there or available so I called UHaul. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I finally was able to talk to someone who wasn’t able to help me get the truck and start moving my stuff. I had movers at the house so I had to pay for them while they waited on the truck. Finally after an hour I was able to get in the truck however I had paid EXTRA for a furniture dolly and furniture pads. Neither were with the truck. Because no one was present at the location I couldn’t have that remedied. I sent an email to UHaul however was still charged. Also, when I made the reservation I let them know I would return the truck late Saturday afternoon. UHaul double booked the truck and so I was getting called Saturday morning to return the truck.

JESSE BUTLERBoth times I use this U-Haul place I turn my U-Haul in early. But they don't credit the money until the end of the business day I've turned it in at 7 a.m. it's not supposed to be back till 1 and they don't take of it care till 6:30. Twice in two weeks.

Oscar SchaffinoAfter actually confirming the rental of an 18 foot truck so that we could also rent a hitch to pull our vehicle with, even a day before our pickup date, we were reassured that our confirmation was good. However, when we got there the next morning we were told there were no longer any 18 footers but they would rent us a 26 footer instead for the same price. I mentioned to the lady that we were going to be pulling a vehicle all the way to Atlanta, GA from that location and she still insisted we were getting a great deal and should be satisfied. We were appalled that she was so insensitive to our safety but due to scheduling, we decided to take the truck but not pull our vehicle with the hitch. This caused my wife to make the whole drive alone in the car over 14 hours of being on the highway. She alone had to brave it through downpours and dimly lighted roads as she nervously tried to follow behind me as the truck rear wheels sprayed rainwater against her car's windshield . It tuned into the trip from hell and we both swore we would never do it again. Please be warned that this place cares nothing about your safety but only your money!

WESTEEN SPEEDI had my reservation for 10am but the guy was 20 min late putting me behind schedule. The place was also really dirty. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely go to a different location for my future uhaul needs.
