Dellway was great and DeLaine is spectacular. However, despite ELane’s best efforts, u-haul central reservations cancelled our reservation and gave our truck after we had paid for it, leaving us in a real pickle. But for DeLane we would not Gabe been able to move out timely as she was able to find a vehicle for us but it was a distance away.

We had to change location as there was no truck available at the original location, even though we had checked in online before with confirmation. No pads available. This was quite disappointing.

First there was a change in the pickup location. Was to be on Blue Ash Road. We had to drive out of our way to get to this location. Then there was a mixup about the drop off location and the fees involved. Fortunately, everything worked itself out, but overall not an outstanding situation.

I was not happy with the person taking care of me at the location. From the start my mobile check in didn't complete. We were there at 8:30am and the employee there pulled in and waived me out of her parking space. Then went into the office ignoring me. I had to wait until 9:00am to get assistance. Then she tried to charge me again after I was told by the customer service person that I showed paid in full. She also gave me attitude. Not appreciated. She told me she didn't work for U-Haul and wasn't receiving any compensation from U-Haul. I said to her that this was amazing and that I guess she was helping U-Haul out of the kindness of her heart and that they will just give anyone access to their reservation system.

U haul has reviews concerning pickup and drop off location but not reviews on the vehicle itself. This should be added. I am highly dissatisfied with the entire U-Haul experience. It was ridiculous. When we get to the Cincinnati U-Haul, The U-Haul that we ordered was not the correct U-Haul. We ordered a 20 door Uhaul based upon driver comfortability. We received a 26 footer Uhaul. We, also received more than one pickup location reference number. We get the Uhaul on the road and the Uhaul appears that it was not going to make it. The whole engine was shaking the entire time. The windshield wipers did not have any fluid in the inside of it. The cabin was filthy. It had dog hair in the truck.ithad spit on the windshield. I have video recording that serves as evidence to this. I would like for something g to be done concerning this use if the UHaul. It was the absolute worst experience ever. We call the Uhaul in Chester a day in advance in order to extend the Uhaul reservation. While we are driving, evidently the customer service representative that extended the day did not communicate with her team mates. Two representatives called me asking me to bring the truck in because someone else needed the truck. They both stated that the truck is scheduled to be given to someone else. U-Haul is unorganized. We were doing an inter-state move from Ohio to Virginia. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone else due to the fact that the representatives are unorganized and most importantly their vehicles are not properly upkept, which causes the customers lives to be endangered as they use your transportation. I have video that serves as documentary evidence to show the vehicle was malfunctioning and unclean. I plan to.report this to the better business bureau and.post it on social media and let the world know about U-Haul's practices.

Brianna was very kind and went the extra mile to call me so to help me work out some scheduling issues. She was very knowledgable about the rental process and offered some very helpful suggestions about the truck return. She had such a cheery disposition and made the whole process a perfect experience! On the downside, I was not able to get the app to work properly! Because of this I had to pick up the truck much earlier than I had planned. Hopefully the technical issues have been resolved.

"Were" the personnel helpful, not "was." Yes, the people that worked there were friendly and efficient. The site is in an industrial area that is going through a development transition so I wouldn't rate it as clean and inviting in general, but the building and site of the truck rental was.

The location from where I was coming from was inconvenient, but the desk was friendly and the truck was brand new. Ordered a truck on line from one lication with no indication that they were out of stock till I received my 'confirmation call' with a new pick up location. I obviously needed the truck so I went where they sent me. I'd recommend this location if it's near you.

Once again, I received a call instructing me to return this truck to a different location than I had booked. I was actually in the truck and about to head to the original drop location. Once again, this location was much further than the one I'd booked. I had to go much further up north to drop the truck which took me further away from the airport in the south where I was heading after dropping the truck. As for the location: it was super clean and the attendant was superb.

Please update your Digital platform. There were several mistakes made on my order that i did not account for. I only order a quantity of 1 appliance dolly and there were 2 that i got charged for. The representative at the location told me that he could not make the change because he did not know how to because he was fairly new. So now i have been charged for an item i did not have or use. Please resolve this matter!
