Neisha OI had to go to 2 different locations bacuse one of them was not able to get into their U-Haul system. That location was F&M auto, so this location which was the second one the person working for U-Haul was very rude and not helpful. I will not be visiting again

michael dMy truck booking was cancelled without a reason. Had to make a new reservation n there was no dolly or pads in the truck. Requested refund couple of times. A bit frustrating start, but the day went well n move was completed as planned.

Corwin JWhile my U-Haul attendant is a very nice gentleman and very personable and helpful, I hate that he has to work in such filthy conditions. It seems the building he has to work from is old, cold, and generally in need of repairs and updating. There is no amount of mopping he could do to make that location clean enough to honor him and the patrons that enter. That is the only reason I gave the location a below-average rating.

Antonio NThe van reeked of Smoke , liquor and dog hair. The seats were covered in dog hair. The back of the van was covered in dog hair. I literally had to clean it myself so I wouldn’t sneeze to death There is no parking there isn’t even ample parking for the vans and trucks that they rent when you call customer service they are amazing people very sweet but the actual people who work at this specific location are disrespectful, rude and Will berate you for not having experience driving these oversize vehicles as if everyone in the world drives oversize vehicles on a daily basis. It’s ridiculous the way he berated me for not being able to park. A large van in a small area was absolutely disgusting. I will never recommend or, give one red cent of my money. If this was the last U-Haul on the planet, I would move my things on a bicycle before I gave them another dime of my money.

Kenisha CTried to return the same day but two men who clearly did not work there were looming around the parking lot and made us concerned about being robbed upon returning the truck. Employees were fantastic! Not their fault at all!
Ian BApp is awful. Could not figure out how to easily locate truck. When I was awaiting approval I could not figure out what the issue was! Apparently I needed three emergency contacts and the app didn’t tell me. I had to call customer service twice to get approval and locate truck. App is confusing and not easy to use and I am a PhD student at Johns Hopkins University.
Andrew MIt's better if you set the prices of fuel basing on the journey than being speculative upon fueling the car upto where we find the fuel bar. Sometimes we put more fuel than we expected.
Andrew SI was not impressed with the 45 minutes it took to check in- I would NOT do a digital check in again. Also, was not a fan that it was not clear we were going to be charged for gas

Dana MMake your app easier to use or give me a refund. I wasted about an hour of my time trying to retrieve my car because your app wasn’t loading and you guys didn’t even extend my time. No one was there in person so I had to call and wait the time. Poor poor poor experience.

DARION LI would have gave a higher rating my problem is not with the location my problem is with the app the app was extremely glitchy and would not cooperate for pick up or drop off pick up I had to check out with a associate via phone call and drop off I had to check out with an Associate in the store both were very helpful but I feel like the mobile pick up and drop off should be easier to do on the app a tool is only good if it works right if it doesn't is useless it made me feel like I shouldn't have used it in the first place and I should just went to the store and dealt with an Associate of a pickup and drop off

ALIOU Fhorrible location , was scared the whole time and there was no where to even park
Nyjah MThe service is incredibly slow. I arrived at 3:30 to get my truck reserved for 3:30pm and I didn’t get helped until 4:03pm. I literally was the only one in the store for 30 minutes. No employees to be found in the store for 30 minutes. He was very helpful once he came into the store, and helped me get my truck

Olga CThe manager did not check in a trailer... until after 2 days and repeated calls to the UHaul 800 number. I had to have a regional manager get involved to clear my account and email a confirmation of the UHaul being turned in.
Marilyn FWhen I set up the reservation I designated a drop off location. As I was driving the truck I get a phone call asking where I wanted to drop off because I hadn’t chosen a location. Definitely some glitches in the system. But there were no problems with the truck itself.
Gayle JThe only challenge was the pick-up on a Saturday took some time ... there were a number of customers and just one representative working. However, he was working and coordinating everyone and their paperwork and getting their trucks as fast as possible. Given everything going on in the country and world ... a little wait is OK.
Mike MPlease indicate parking options and warn off parking in the lot. Assumed private parking was for uhaul customers, but towed in the 4 hr window parked in the lot. Dolly wedge was badly bent.
Courtney SI returned the truck and the rented equipment back to the location and they DOUBLE CHARGED ME still. When I called, I was rushed off the phone and never called back so I have to now report the activity as fraudulent to have the charges reversed. This was so unnecessary and could have been avoided if the site mgr was more organized and professional.

David LI assume U-Haul has partnered with culture Caribbean cuisine , but when I went in to ask them a simple question relating to my reservation, they acted like they didn’t want to be bothered with questions about it .
Cornelius MI was charged $504 before I even brought back the van. The receipt they sent me stated I went 750 miles before I even brought the van back, and was charged $504. They did right and reversed the charge but not until I filed a dispute with my bank. I then was charged $398 the day I brought back the van for an unknown reason. I received the receipt which was only $136 and was charged the correct amount as well. I contacted my bank for fraud charges for the $398 charge as well. Very Sketchy business going on here. Stay away!!!
Matt PMake sure interior is cleaned and sanitized. Smell was awful. Make sure on board info is in English .
