TERESIA FI picked up 26' truck in Monticeloo, KY. It was ready on time, no issues. But I had to travel 30 minutes to get the truck. Why couldnt I have picked up in Somerset, KY?

Bob HThe staff at the place was very friendly and accommodating but the uhaul was completely dirty in the cab and in the box truck section. When I returned it in the same condition it was given to me I almost was charged extra for how awful it was. It was also given to me with less gas than what was stated in the contract. I returned it with amount contract stated so that was extra money out of my pocket. I am not sure if it was just this or is her normal disposition when dealing with customers but the attendant at the drop off was very rude, argumentative, and disrespectful.
Amanda WI made a reservation in advance because I ordered an appliance dolly and blankets. Neither were available. I had to use my own personal non moving (bed) blankets for furniture. Also, the uhaul was given to me on empty. We had to immediately go fill up.

lori oPut Jack's on the trailers. After the trailer was on my truck there is no way to unhook it. I dropped it off after hours at the next location and had a difficult time leaving it.
Douglas PEquipment was checked prior to our leaving lot, however; the car tow lost it's passenger side tail light of all functions. Not anyone's fault here. Inside of U-haul truck was not all that clean.

MARK DThe location was good. The issues that I had was with the truck I rented. It had a dead battery. I had to jump start the vehicle twice while I was using it. I planned on using it for an all day move but I ended up taking it baxk after 4 hours because I was tired of Juno starting it every time I shut it off. Uhaul needs to take better care of their vehicles. If I hadn’t had my jump starter with me I would have been stranded when I shut this vehicle off. The location was good and staff was friendly, but vehicle needed work.
