I did not like the online check in feature. The systems were down when I needed to check in online. So I called customer service and the representative was very rude and unhelpful. The guys an J's auto were very helpful and went above and beyond to get me in my Uhaul, due to Uhaul services being down. Overall it was a pretty good experience.John D.

This location was great. However, previously (last week), we ordered on-line and when we arrived at the Whitehall, OH they had given it to someone else. This time we ordered via your 800 number, but when we arrived the order stated a different unit than we requested. Some sort of accuracy and availability check may help. Thanks.pamela E.

The location is excellent - old fashioned service. I know this because your mobile app SUCKS snd I had to go inside. The mobile app would NOT work to do the pick-up, and it would not work to do the return. There is NO help available via the app.to return I had to call customer service and wait on hold listening to the stupid repeating cheerful messages for 18 minutes before speaking with a human who could help me, MAKE A BETTER APP!!!!!Sharon M.

Trailer was not secured to hitch properly. When I started to drive car on car hauler, the trailer popped of hitch which is extremely dangerous, and came very close to hitting my truck bed, and the person standing up in front of trailer guiding me on. Once I investigated these problem I seen that the guy never screwed the nut down to secure the trailer to the hitch ball. Very unprofessional! I assumed that since it was an approved uhaul location that it would have been secured properly so I never double checked like I normally do. Very thankul that it didn't come off during my 3.5 hr drive to pick up car, or that no one was hurt!CHRIS S.

Truck wasn't cleaned in the inside of the cab or the back but they immediately took care of that when I pointed it out. They were super helpful and friendly. No one pointed out some of the things on the truck that were damaged so that I would be aware that they knew about those things. Might be helpful to go over that with the customer.Stacey S.

The system was not working and overcharged me. The owner of D Jays spent 15 minutes fixing the problem and helped me hook up the trailer. Above and beyond what was required. Very impressed with him and his staff.Mark F.
It took about 30 minutes for him to try and figure out how to print my contract, that never happened so he emailed it. He gave me no instruction or information about the truck. He sent me into a parking lot full of trucks with cardboard advertisements in the window and I had no idea which truck was mine.Jordan V.
