Scott GI was told I had to clean the snow off the covered truck myself before being able to take it from the parking lot. Another customer left without renting a trailer he came in for after he was told the same.
Ricardo RLive verification process was horrendous to use. Took almost 20 minutes start to finish to get vehicle. Screens loaded on top of each other, disappeared before entry, or had failures for no known reason. Ridiculous.

DANNY MRented a u haul and only put 17 miles on it and they charged me for 37 also 4 gallons of gas at 5.50 a gallon when I only used maybe 2 not a very good company
daniel gThe van have alot issues 1- brake are so soft wont stop properly 2- the van was dirty 3 - the door was leaking water on my driver side 4- the tires light was on 5- the gas level was incorrect when I filled it up with gas I ended up fill 45$ extra Overall my experience was bad

Laurie UEverything with the location was great. It is your app and process to pick up/drop off using it that is AWFUL. It took us over an hour to do both due to glitches/etc. I DO NOT recommend.
Jacob MWe got the impression that being a U-Haul dealer is definitely secondary to their main business of auto repair. When we finally were able to make contact with the person in charge of the U-Haul end of the business, he was helpful providing acknowledgement that we had returned the equipment on time and in good condition. But this took a second personal visit to the location the following day. We have no major complaints. We were simply not impressed.
