Tonya YDon’t rent out a u-haul that leaks and ruins personnel property. Also, inform customers how important it is to use the app. We were not aware that the paper print out could be wrong (and was wrong).
Jacob PSomething was wrong with trailer tires. Couldn't exceed above 55 MPH without horrible vibration and shaking of our vehicle that was towing the trailer.

Scott WPlease pick a drop off place that is open on Sundays. I did not feel comfortable just dropping it off. The web site to check out wasn't bad either, I figured it out. But I'm glad I went through my paperwork because I didn't know I had to check out there, nobody said anything about that. Plus there is 36. Dollar charge, not sure what that is. Thank Jeff
Jeff SFar better than anticipated, people tend to leave negative reviews, out experience was just the opposite. In my line of work I am very attune to customer service and levels of implementation. I am pleasantly impressed. Danny greeted and took care of us consummately professional. Spent time to ensure we were pleased and squared away. I highly recommend, 5 star experience.
