Mieka HAlthough I was very impressed with the service and equipment at this UHaul dealer, I was very disappointed to see an additional $25 charge on my receipt for a cleaning fee. Calling the location, I was told there was a sticker inside the truck that stated if the truck wasn't returned clean, there was a $25 cleaning fee. Somehow we all missed the sign and didn't clean out the truck bed. I had read the contract and didn't see anything in it regarding the additional fee for not cleaning. That is my only complaint. If the cleaning fee notice was listed in the contract I feel that would make it more transparent.

Glenn FWe had a problem with a broken leaf spring on the original trailer. But when we pointed this problem out to them, they switched the trailer to another one. We have used them before and this was the first time we have had any sort of problem with the equipment. We will definitely use them again if we need equipment to haul things
