Fedrick is a cool guy. Knows how to do business. He was available on time and doesn't waste any time in asking unnecessary question like other locations. I went in and I am out with vehicle within 2 minutes and at the time of return hand over key and out within 30 sec. No hidden charges.

adrian gThis location seems to be a small bong shop that doubles as Uhaul pickup. I scheduled a pickup during the weekend. When I arrived, the store entrance was locked, the counter was empty, and 'Open' sign is turned off, so I thought the location was closed. Some kind of communication about off-business hour availability would be great. Google Maps location also doesn't have any phone number, so I couldn't call them until I arrived on site. The truck was clean, full of gas, and ran great. The parking space is quite tight, but I happened to meet the staff during my return, who thankfully took the keys and parked the truck himself.

Buffie IThis was an absolutely horrendous experience. The representative was a no-show, no dolly, pure rudeness, unhelpfulness, and then vanished and didn’t take my calls or answer messages. I was left clueless about key whereabouts and truck drop-off. Check out Google Maps rating - it’s utterly disastrous. If customer satisfaction matters, terminate ties with this contractor immediately and never engage with them again.
Hlib AI was over charged!?! $65 was what it should have been and instead I was billed $235.
