The customer service at 1766 Renfrew was very bad. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life while being provided a moving service: He actually told me to Shut Up! Personally I think he should be terminated for his behaviour. I would also like a breakdown of the overage charges, due to having to complete the move over 2 days vs. 1 day.Lezlie T.

We had an amazing experience with this location, the manager was so funny and helpful! We got everything we ordered and he even helped us with our checkout when we were running behind schedule and didn't have time! I was unable to upload photos of drywall mud left by previous renter. (App only allows upload from live camera, not photos) I was overcharged on my rental, location owner was helpful in giving me direct number but 'can't do anything about the overcharge'. I had to call to deal with incorrect billing amount. Bill was eventually fixed, this is extremely frustrating, but seems to be typical with a U-Haul rental.THOMAS V.

Fred at Dab Glass was Very helpful and professional. I cannot say the same for U-HAUL - I will never rent from your company again - first, the system allowed me to book a 4 hour rental starting at 10am when this location doesn't open until 11:00am - Fred kindly came in earlier to help get me going BUT by the time we waited for your website to process the rental, I wasn't able to leave the location until 11:15am - meaning I only had less than 3 hours to use the van returning it. Secondly, I couldn't change my pickup time to a later time on your website - it kept saying try again later or could not convert this reservation - so I tried calling your 1-800 number. I was on hold for 40 minutes from 10:05am to 10:45am until the line rang but no one answered - instead the recording said that I would have to wait Another 48 minutes before a person would be available!!! Thankfully Fred had just arrived, but couldn't change my reservation pickup time - he said that he would be opening earlier in future to keep this from happening again. Thirdly, I needed the full four hours for my move - so I called Fred to make him aware I couldn't return the cargo van until 3pm (traffic was horrible), he said that was fine. But I note that my Rental Charge was $39.90 not the $19.95 rate as advertised for four hours - and the collision insurance was $30 not the $15 I agreed to. I realize this weekend was a typical busy moving weekend, but your company should hire more call centre operators and I don't appreciate being overcharged and unduly stressed on an already stressful day.Julie S.
The cargo area of the truck had lots of dirt, sawdust, woodchip debris inside, had to sweep it out before loading our boxes. The roof of the cargo area had a leak from the large dent, just behind the driver seating area, it was a rainy day today and our pillows got wet. Otherwise staff was efficient and friendly, got the truck checked in quickly, explained everything and had me on my way quickly.Harvey H.

I was charged for insurance $15.00 that I did not want or request at both time of reservation and pick up. Staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I would like my $15.00 and taxes refunded. I had not used the mobile checkout for Van return before. I took a picture of the odometer and fuel guages like the agent told me earlier. I then dropped the keys through the slot. Only then did I realize I had to go through a while song and dance regarding various photos. By then it was too late. Otherwise everything else was seemless. Thanks!ROSS E.

I was back at the location at 350 to return the truck. there was no one at the store with a note saying to call for access. after spending 20 minutes trying to access the building I had to leave and come back to return the key. Frustrating experience trying to book the U-Haul. I reserved for a specific time and had it cancelled without any notice (no email, text, or phone call). I had to re-book it, and didn't receive any confirmation call. Then had to go into the store and re-do reservation process before receiving the U-Haul. U-Haul vehicle and pricing structure itself is decent enough, but the reservation process is so frustrating I don't want to do business with them again.SEAN H.
