First, the issues that I dealt with had nothing to do with this location. I reserved a truck from another location well over a week before time. I was told the day of pick up that they didn't have my truck. I had to travel over 70 miles to pick it up. A dolly was reserved but not delivered. A complete inconvenience! I hope I never have to use this company again!
