Elvin EEquipment wasn't available at this location, employee had to try 4 lockboxes before she found the key. Had to go to a second location on my own and luckily they were kind enough to just send me with the missing dolly from previous reservation.
Holly VNo bs making me drive somewhere else like the byron center mi uhaul called after I reserved one. I lined up a trailer with byron center and was told they had it available there for Friday pickup. They called me awhile later and told me they'd already rented it to someone else and I could drive to alpine or some other site way out of my way! I called Hastings uhaul, lined up the reservation and it was there as they said. When I picked it up and dropped it off they were very helpful. No muss no fuss like it should be.
Ralph BInitial amount of gasoline was wrong and I didn’t notice until I was moving. I was only a block away and could have turned around but I chose not to. It cost me an extra $22 in gas when I returned it. Otherwise great rental. I will go back again. (And check the gas level before I leave🙄).

CYNTHIA JUpon driving into the parking lot, an employee came outside and unhooked the trailer and lights. After a quick visual inspection, departed within 5 minutes of arrival.

Robert LTrailers need to have a wheel jack attachment. Very heavy to lift off the ball hitch. That issue needs to be addressed, someone will get hurt lifting the front end.
