I couldn't do the pick up on my phone and the gentleman I reserved it from had a very nice gentleman do it for me and the return I believe his name was David, he was the most pleasant person a big thank you for all his help, thank you fir being so kind and understanding

david gJohn, the owner of the location, was very helpful and accessible. I spoke to him by phone the day before the rental because our original location didn’t have the vehicle we originally reserved. Thank goodness U-haul located one in Poyen, AR. John assured me that he would have the truck at his location and he would help with anything. He lived up to that. Thanks to John, we were able to move our daughter out of her college apartment.

April OI booked this with the uhaul 1800 number and this place was closed and did not have to let me get the tow dolly I ordered, but they were absolutely fantastic, let me get it and walked me through everything since this was my first time using one. I cannot say enough about how awesome both the phone representative from uhaul and the gentleman from the local pickup place were!! You both made the rest of the trip possible for my sister and I! Thank you so much!!

Walter SRental person should be knowledgeable on diffence between trailer sizes and provide all proper paperwork needed for returning rental. Also, should advise customer on whether or not there will be a refund if the rental is returned early.
