When I arrived to pick up, the truck was in an easily accessible area close to the office and was warmed up. I was absolutely thrilled to hop into a warm truck especially on a day we had just gotten some snow/ice the night before.

Chris AndersonTha Truck had dirt all over it. The rental person came out with a broom to sweep it off. I’m more frustrated with the dispatch, they called the day before and said my location was doubled booked and I didn’t have a truck. I would have to drive 1 hour away to pick it up. I told him this was not going to work, I didn’t have a car. Do he got location which was 5miles away. I also told them I lost my credit card and would have to pay with cash. I was told not a problem. So when I came to pay for the truck I was quote an extra $100. I a sad med why the extra charge he told me it was a deposit charge. No one and no where did it say there was a $100 deposit. So I had to use my gas money for the deposit. If I was told about the deposit on Thursday when they called it would not have been a problem I was very frustrated

Jon RhynardThe place i was told to drop it off was no longer a dealer i called haul they told me it was i dropped it off 2 days early rented on a Monday dropped off Monday i had rented it for 3 days but got done early than thur i get a email from usual telling me to pick the trailer up and take to another location again no one there but looks like a dealer would like credit for the two days I didn’t use the trailer but no way of getting it or proving that I didn’t use it interesting experience
Randal JewellThe online check-in system takes a very long time and I did not feel prepared for that. I would recommend that the online check-in system should be able to be done in advance and the system sends the user an email with lockbox code day of. It took 45 minutes to access the truck.
