Everything was great i didn’t even know about the u hall business in Bay Minette a friend told us because we was looking for someone to move my daughter and there it was. What i believe would help the people that don’t know about the place is that maybe the sign need to be put up higher because i did pass by it and turn around thanks

Mark HWe worked with Johnnie in Bay Minette, AL. She was in a word EXCELLENT! In a time where professionalism and courtesy seem to be on a steep decline, Johnnie was quite the opposite. She was professional, knowledgable and courteous! She asked questions that we had not thought of to ensure we had everything we needed for the trip! Give her a RAISE or at least recognize her for her excellence!

Roshanda PI was at the location for 2 hours while they were trying to figure out what was wrong with their equipment. I ended up having to rent a truck that cost more money than what I was wanting to spend. It was a horrible experience.
Tonya MI’m trying to take the supplies that I paid for.. out of the back and I felt rushed. I’d already had a bad experience and that made it worse. Luckily I cold check out on my own, because the office was packed. I’m sorry I had to leave a bad review, but this trip was a really bad experience!

CATHERINE BIf a customer has to change their drivers license i.e. out of state transfer, and the update it on the reservation well before time to pick up the vehicle. Tell them in advance that they need to have their voided or expired license along with their temporary license from the new state. Preferably before they go to pick up the vehicle.

Carol MAdvertising SIGNS for Business name & UHAUL Entrance could be more visible to customers. Uneven dirt/gravel road with several bad places. The lot is very large, that is great! Over all, there was nothing that would prevent me from using or recommending this location to family and friends. The lady that checked our truck in was super nice. I will be coming back to rent another Truck in next few weeks to move my other home. Thx, D&S Forklift & Equipment Repair/ UHAUL
