Equipment was scheduled to be picked up at 11AM. We didn't leave this location until almost an hour later. The dealer was having internet issues. I also noticed that she was using her personal cell phone to check the uhaul out. Overall the wait time was ridiculously long. We had to travel to this location which took 35 minutes because the local Uhaul store did not have the equipment. It put us behind on the move. Nevertheless she was friendly.Eddie M.

**representative was helpful. This is for OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL** I would like for this customer order to be made right rather than just looking out for others. Would not recommend to a friend based on experience. Online order was processed for one amount, pick up, and return time. Order was changed to different location based on availability. It was noted I could check in completely online via the app. This was NOT the case. Went in, order had to be completely reprocessed. Original request was not honored. Spent 45 minutes at new pick up location just to get vehicle, again, not via app for â€œonline pick upâ€ Found out return time was not honored day after vehicle was picked up. Return time was an entire day before request. Spent the next 24 hours trying to reach customer representative only to be put on hold, cut off, hold, transferred, cut off multiple times. Once a representative was reached via the chat (not even with the hours of direct phone calls) was I charged for a FULL additional day when all I really needed was a few hours, as originally requested. Went to drop off vehicle. Again, online app drop off was NOT â€œeasyâ€. Even representative at drop location had troubles. Then find out I was charged for an additional day, additional miles, without even a decent breakdown of details for the charges. The representative could not explain these to me at all. Again, would not recommend UHAUL to a friend or even an acquaintance.Laura W.

I experience the worst rental with your company this past weekend. I reserved a 26ft truck for a one way move from Albany, Ga to Warner Robins, Ga. I went online after hours on 9/26 to change my pick-up time from 8:30am to 9am for same location in Albany, Ga. I arrived at the Albany location to find my reservation had been moved to another city 44 miles away. The clerk at Albany location tried to find another truck in town but was unable to, the clerk called scheduling and the pick-up time was changed to !0:30am in Pelham, Ga. The location in Pelham was not contacted of the time change. Enroute to the Pelham location I was called and told that I needed to be there by 10am, because location had to close for a family funeral. I had to complete reservation on phone as I drove to Pelham location. I was advised that the equipment I reserved was not available at the location with truck and I would have to pick up equipment back in Albany, Ga. I then called toll free number for U-Haul customer service and was told by a rude agent to be happy I got a truck because it was the end of the month, when asked to speak with a supervisor I was blind transferred back into general call flow to start completely over with another customer service agent. I was told to call back once I picked up the truck to file complaint. I picked up truck with only half tank of gas, no furniture pads no dolly equipment. I had to make two trips back to Albany location for equipment because I was not told that the furniture pads where not inside truck at pick-up. I made my reservation 3 weeks out and had scheduled loaders at my home for 9:30am. I had to drive 44miles to get truck, make two extra trips to Albany location for reserved equipment, and pay and extra hour rate of $80 for mover having to wait for arrival of truck to start loading on return date of 9/29 I had to call 3 different numbers to request a later drop off because it was showing 9am. Only to arrive after calling the drop off location at 9:15am to be told that I owed $43 for an additional day. I had to wait in Warner Robins 25 additional minutes after truck was checked in to clear this matter up. On ever turn and every event of this rental there has been an issue. When called by your company, I was told it was my fault for changing my pick-up time after hours. I experienced loss of time and money with this rental. I had rude and unprofessional service when calling in to customer service on several times. I was never made to feel as if my inconvenience was important or my lost of money important. I have rented with this company many years and never experienced anything like this. I don't see this type of handling of any customer id correct. I never was rude or nasty with any of your staff. I was treated as my time and money meant nothing to your company.Roshonda H.
The U Haul App does not work. We had a horrible time checking the vehicle out and a more horrible time checking it back in. Even the Customer Service Rep could not help. I had to call the local agent to have the truck checked in. I will not use Uhaul againSHERRI G.

Customer Representative was excellent and very helpful! Truck was suitable to our needs, however, the drop off location in Conyers, Georgia indicated the truck needed a cleaning on the outside. The pick up location is a very small Georgia town and did not have a nice truck wash bay like a metro area location would. The inside of the truck area was clean and we had no issues.Lynn C.

My reservation was in Albany not in Pelham. The customer service rep was not helpful or did try to find a location closer or in Albany. Since I was out of town it was hard to look for an additional option. Being a loyal customer my expectation was they were going to find something closer. Disappointed in Albany.James C.

A little better communication. Received a phone call changing my pickup location which was to be followed up with a text with the details but it never came. Plus the pickup location had not got the information that I was coming. But, they were very gracious & got right on getting arrangements made & it all turned out very positive. I'll go with u-haul again. Been using it for 40 years.NEAL H.
The pick up location was unprepared and didn't have dolly in stock. Had to drive to another location to pick up doily. Was given wrong address so drove 15 -20 miles out of way which used gas and mileage , and had to replace out of pocket. Was not happy at ALL with experience.Richard D.
