I needed a trailer that was 60 inches wide to fit the piece of equipment I need to haul. They assured me this cargo trailer would work. I returned it less than 10 minutes after I left because the door openings were only 54 inches wide when I got to the tool rental place up the street. They closed and left for the day at 11:50. When I arrive there this morning to tell them I didn't even take it I left it there they would not refund my money. That is poor customer service.

People should know up front you charge based on the average mover and not the actual time needed to reach a destination and unload. As a professional contractor and real estate broker I do not think I should be charged based on the average home owner that might be very young and inexperienced.

1) unhooking the 6 x 12 trailer by myself was very difficult since you do not provide a jack on the tongue of the trailer. If the trailer needed to be unhooked while loaded it would be impossible. 2) your self check in was very hard to find on your uhaul.com/share webpage. Other than this, you provide a valuable service and I thank you.

I returned the trailer to this location on August 2, 2019. I was there before 5:00 pm, but there was no one there to check it in. I called the phone number in Ennis, MT but there was no answer. I had to call an 800 # on Aug 2, but person on the phone was not helpful. I had to call back the next day and talk with someone else who was able to help me get it resolved. Not a very well run location for returning the trailer.

I made a reservation and got a confirmation email for a 26' truck and then was called 2 days before I leave that there's no truck. The absolute only thing available was a 5x8 trailer which meant I had to leave my stuff in Wyoming in storage. I had to cancel a non refundable ticket for my son and still have to go back to get my stuff. Not exactly happy with uhaul but I don't have a choice for equipment. I was charged late fees which was fine except I was charged for the day I brought it back.

We arrived when D&D was closed. Seems like a good place.

The truck was old and unsafe. It did start and run though... *The steering components were so worn that the truck would wander all over the lane. *The headlights were so far out of adjustment that the truck was completely unsafe to drive at night. *The front tires were so out of balance that the entire dash assembly rattled horribly at highway speed. This was a one day local rental so I think that UHAUL keeps the junky trucks for the local rentals. I can't imagine driving this truck for a long distance trip. Also, be VERY careful using the on-line reservation system, you might get screwed like I did. Next time I will use Penske or Enterprise and you should to if you want a newer, SAFE truck.

The person at the desk did not seem to know much about U-Haul and I had the feeling that if I wanted to rent anything, he would not been able to do it or feel like doing it. All he could do is provide me with a number to call. The reason I stopped was that they put down a return of 8 pm instead of 8 am and I was charge an extra day. The person on the phone took care of it as the person there at D&D didn't seem to care or want to take care of it.

I wasted my time making a reservation for the equipment I wanted. U haul changed the reservation to what ever was sitting in the lot and said that was all that was available. When I showed up to pick up I hsd to completely reregister all my info as if I had never been there to make reservation. Terrible location.
