you need to have a close look at that location ,Harold was not very helpful and seemed to be put out by our drop off with no receipt or copy of a receipt claimed the copy machine was down he put the wrong date on the return and my son went back in to have it corrected and his attitude was terrible I would not use this location to rent or return if I needed to rent again.

The UHaul representative was living inside what also made into the office. The place was filthy and his wife was literally cooking dinner in there make shift kitchen, literally 5 ft from the desk area. There was also a dog in a cage, that smelled badly. And the wife to say the least was wearing, what we would consider in home comfortable clothes. The gentleman was very kind and sweet, but however with it being a business and reprasenting Uhaul, it was definitely unprofessional. This was my 1st time renting from Uhaul and upon returning the Uhaul truck I was hit with a much more cost. It was not explained to me about the mileage fee. I looked online afterwards and seen that it said .89 a mile but was then charged. 99 a mile. The total amount of the bill was $183.00, for a 5 hr truck rental. The equipment was clean and we had no trouble with it. To be honest I don't know if I would ever again rent a UHaul if needed.

There is not a gas station close and absolutely no service so it was impossible for self return

Charged me for things I didn't need. Messed up contract almost entirely. Bad experience.

Reserved unit, no one there to serve me, had to wait for the regional manager to rent by phone. Had to hook up by my self. Even the regional didn't do his job. Cost was 62.00 he put 160.00 on card. Called him 5 times he didn't get back to me until I was done with the rental.

Very important to inform cusromer verbally of the problems that WILL occur if trying to reverse the dolly with a vehicle aboard. Damage to the vehicle and the trailer is very possible. Do not get into situation where reversing is needed(like deadend or no outlet) Otherwise the vehicle will need to be unloaded before reversing. This is caused by the swiveling pads under the tires on the trailer. If these can be locked for reversing, inform of this instead.
