It was an overall great experience. The manager of the facility was very helpful and sweet!

We were told to drop off the uhaul to any location once we reached our destination. We arrived and unloaded and tried to drop it off and were told U-Haul had assigned us a drop off location, three cities away. There was no location “accepting equipment†in the town we moved and the surrounding cities. We had to drive to a different city to drop off equipment. Took 3 hours from the time we left the house to when we arrived back home. Not happy.
