No one was at the location and the building wasn't open. Even though we got there late ( after 10:00 AM). Called phone number posted on door several times and no one answered or called back after leaving message. Finally called customer service 1-800 number who walked me through self pick up. After finishing move and returning truck no one had showed up at location and there were several customers waiting to rent a truck. No service is worse than bad service.Mark M.

Location did not have what I reserved. They did not have available accessories for purchase. The guy that I dealt with was a nice guy but they were short staffed and I had to wait a long time for him to finish up with the people ahead of me. It did not look like a traditional Uhaul retail location, it was kind of sketchy. There was a litter of puppies in one of the rooms inside the store and it smelled terrible in there. Maybe they were very new to Uhaul. Like I said, the guy that helped me was a nice guy and professional, but it was frustrating that they did not have everything that I reserved. Hopefully they will get it together and end up being a nice and clean Uhaul franchise that people will feel comfortable renting from.Randy R.
The location did not communicate that they closed BEFORE the time our truck was due back, which was funny because we called the central U-Haul number and they informed us the location closed at 6pm. Our truck was due back at 530pm and we were at the location at 440pm. We couldn't return it because the gate was locked and the key drop box was behind the locked gate. This meant that we couldn't retrieve our personal vehicle and since it was a Saturday, we had to keep the truck until Monday morning, I had to take off of work to return the truck, and only then could I retrieve my personal vehicle. I tried calling the number for the location but no one answered and the mailbox was full. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Kevin A.
U-haul should have informed me that the location was not open on Sunday to drop off vehicle.. The vehicle had a half flat tire and the check engine light was on.Donald B.
Owner was late and had to be called to remind him I had a reservation. When I returned the equipment no one was there to unhook and inspect. I again had to call and the owner wasn't even out of bed and told me I would have to unhook and drop it and he would get to it when he got there. Poor service will not rent from them again.Harry W.
My pick up and drop off was horrible. I hope they didn't charge me for it because I was at location at drop off time and gate was locked. Manager didn't answer either .Wiley Y.
Scheduled to retrieve the vehicle at 10:45 a.m.; however, we encountered issues with removing the lock. We had to call customer service for assistance. After a long wait time, we were able to remove the lock. This issue caused us to get the vehicle at around 11:30 a.m. Nonetheless, we still had to drop off at 10:45 a.m.Erika P.

The call experience was a pleasant one but the picking up the U-Haul truck experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was sent to a location which was a remote/self-service if you will. Upon arrival I noticed that the gate was closed. I was not given enough information to understand or what to expect once I got there. I was able to access the lot where the U-Haul trucks were but I did so via the business next door. Once I located my truck the code I was given for the pad lock did not unlock/worked. Attempted to call the customer service number but I never got anyone on the phone. Called again but this time went through the option to rent a truck but I was sent right back to the department I was previously which never answered. I decided to call the place of business where the U-Haul trucks are. The gentleman stated I should have never been sent there nor rented a truck from there since they are closed on Sundays. As I was speaking on the phone with the owner of the place another person arrives. Owner attempted to help me with the lock but with no luck. He said he would come and assist but that it would take 30 minutes. The owner of the place arrived and confirmed that the code was not unlocking and decided to cancel my original order and issued me another truck. The owner was kind enough to provide me with a discount for my inconvenience of which I was grateful. There seems to be a disconnect and or understanding between the owner and U-Haul which unfortunately is affecting us the customers. I lost two hours which I think is unacceptable. My pick up time was at 1:45pm and didn't drive off almost two hours later. I hope that U-Haul finds a proper and acceptable way to make up for this poor way of doing business.luis M.

The facility was closed early and not as advertised and not in accordance to the reservation return time granted. Not only that but my car was on property so I could neither return the truck nor get my car. The regional area manager says the owner said the gate didn't close until 6pm when I was sitting on the road to turn into the entrance driveway between 5:40-5:45PM with someone sitting in the driveway leaving and LOOKING at me bringing the truck back and yet still driving away. I did get a partial refund but if this is the pattern at this location, people are getting swindled. I keep my phone location active and know for a fact the approximate time I arrived, tried to call U Haul customer service with over a half hour of no agent on the line and asked for assistance from some young men at the far end of the business who could not help me. There is no way around this as non compliance with advertised closing time (7PM) and my own reservation deadline direct from your company (6:30PM). I had to take the truck back home and leave me car over the rest of the weekend. U Haul customer service was painfully slow and frustrating to get through to explain which I did upon receiving the final bill. Fact: the gate was locked early and no one wants to take the blame and so I was stuck with extra fees. Anything different from that is a lie.Augustus C.
