Nakea L.This was a total disaster. I booked my location for North Wales which was confirmed and guaranteed. I showed up that morning and the truck wasn't there. It took an hour to figure out what happened and it turns out the truck was sent to another location 30 minutes away. Incredibly disappointing and stressful and screwed up timing for my move. Horrible experience.

Umair M.Very disappointed in getting only 3/4 of a tank of gas, which ends up being a rip-off when you have to refill it. We lost at least $12. Per Stu at Daniel's, we took our EZPass transponder, but the tolls have not yet registered to our account. I am hoping we don't get extra charges from UHaul. The truck had nasty partial bottled drink behind driver's seat and very annoying constant whistle by the passenger window. Otherwise, it was clean and reliable, and the gas mileage was good. Our cargo was very lightweight, and the 10' truck got close to 20 miles/gallon.

william R.There was an issue with the side mirrors. we were unable to adjust them properly and had to strain to see out of them. The top large mirror only gave us a view of the side of the truck. we were not able to adjust incrementally but had to push it out too far. It was a problem on both passenger and driver side of the vehicle.
Jack D.The truck smells horrific, there were chewed up sunflower seeds in the doors as well as garbage in cup holders and doors. The windshield wipers need replacing. I filled out the check in information online and was then asked for this information again once I got there.

Martin N.T-bone Detailing (2040 Lucon Rd, Schwenksville, PA 19473) first of all had a location that sent me to a private property based on GPS coordinates. Once we looked up the actual location of the business there was a locked fence that prevented us from dropping off our truck. Their description states they are open 24 hours. We tried calling them and leaving voicemails and no one answered or responded. Very disappointing. Additionally, I had to call U-haul to change the location. The first woman I spoke with was very rude. She transferred me to the scheduling department after I asked if she would be willing to. She did. We had to drive to the new location and was charged for going over in miles. This is not because we felt like taking a Sunday drive but because driving to the initial drop-off location, then driving to a new location was not planned. I am requesting a reimbursement for the over mileage charges.

jacqueline S.We have done a lot of business with this location. On 7/29/29 we rented a 10 foot truck. We realized it was a little too small and asked if we could exchange it for the 15 foot. They said yes. Less than an hour later we returned it and got the larger one. We got charged for the full day rental for the 10 foot even though we exchanged it for the larger one. The guy was extremely rude about it. Customer service was terrible. We won't be going back. I'll drive the extra miles for Enterprise.
ron C.Website allowed 4 people to reserve the same truck. Luckily, Daniels had a 10 foot truck to rent to us but the smaller truck required two trips instead of one, resulting in more time and cost for me.

I reserved a furniture dolly which was not there, and we were charged for insurance that we declined. Despite these company errors, the staff at the location was helpful and saved what could have been a disaster.

Anthony M.When I picked Up I had Opted for self pick up. When I went through the process the system advised that no equipment had been assigned and gave me a ‘24 hour' number to call which went straight to voicemail! Luckily the helpful staff at the location resolved the issue.

Left on hold and forgotten about, transferred to a manager in a completely different state who knew nothing about the rental. I'm not sure if it was apathy or incompetence or a combination of both. It will make me think twice about using U-Haul again...
