Luis MCassandra was amazingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She made my uhaul experience smooth and her recommendation to add a storage unit to my move made great sense. She is a great example of what a customer facing employee should be.
MICAH HJasmine made sure my experience was excellent! She found the newest model with a back-up camera! I had tried to rent online, but I was not successful. Jasmine csme out to assist. I was then on my way in 5 minutes. The truck was easy to drive and return. I will only rent from Drive Up New Rochelle when I am in NY!
