Pricing very misleading. Big print on truck says $19.95 - little print is where they get you for mileage, taxes, gas etc. Our two hour use of the van cost over $70.

Great customer service. Would use this U haul service again if I was in Mesa. But coming in to Az from California and having my storage unit in Tempe and having to go out of my way to another city was kinda of frustrating because we had a time limit to move everything out of the storage and head back to California. But all in all customer service was great!!

I had trouble getting help then they tell me the statement on the internet doesn't apply. We tried to return that evening by the program to return the link couldn't find my location , and we couldn't find the key drop. Over all it cost more then the web site indicated, and the owner had no clue. I will not go back to that site and I will look for a different company next time.

I would neither recommend or discourage anyone to go to this location. It seemed like the store employees had never had a uhaul customer come into their store. The trailer had mud and dirt clumps inside the trailer from the previous user. Was not a good experience but was also not a terrible one. The store employee was at least courteous and hooked up the trailer.

your software is not easy to use for the people renting to me. The email that contained my contract could not be opened. The after hours text message link was confusing and not useful. I didn't know if i did it right or not?

Uhaul, like so many car rental companies, have figured out a way to bilk their companies out of extra fuel money by not filling the tanks before renting. There's no way you're going to be able to return a partially fueled vehicle with the same level of gas and they're counting on you over-fueling. And it you don't over-fill, then they charge you a couple gallons claiming you didn't fill to the same level you rented the vehicle. It virtually impossible to gauge how much gas to replace without pumping, pausing, checking the fuel level, pumping some more, checking the fuel level, etc. Most people, like me, don't have the patience for this nonsense so will most likely over-fill which is what the rental companies are banking on. Lesson Learned - never take a partially filled vehicle.

I showed up to the original location (Apache Sands) I was scheduled to pick up my rental from and was notified that someone forgot to move the truck I rented. I was then rudely instructed to go to another location to get the truck. Customer service at Apache Sands is less than desirable. In addition, the final amount of my invoice is almost twice the price of my original quote. I returned the truck early, I made sure I added more fuel to the tank than what I received when I picked it up. The team at Ace Hardware (where I did pick up my truck) were friendly and helpful.

They messed up our reservation on 2 different cards, it took over an hour before they said it won't work because of a user error and had a very poor attitude because we were there after they closed even though it was their fault, And they only gave me 30 miles when I ask for way more do to all the driving I had to do. I'm not done complaining about this.
