They do not comply with Smoke Free Illinois, so you have to breath their second hand smoke while in the office. Also check out process was slow as it seemed they were not to familiar with the system and were inputting my vehicle wrong so it was saying that I could not tow the trailer, once they put it in correctly I suddenly could, as I knew I could. I'll go somewhere else next time where they know what they are doing.

Too far away from my preferred pickup location (50 miles). Lady was in a horrible mood and complained about uhaul the whole time.

bill vI had a reservation for 9:00 am pick up. The u-haul representative did not arrive to start the check-in process until after 9:15. I left with the truck after 9:30. Not acceptable on a day that I had a tight schedule for loading and delivery.
William MThe wire connection that goes between the dolly and the vehicle was missing when I arrived to pick up the tow dolly. The people at the pick up location were not aware of this, and did not understand what it was that was needed to make the connection. The location stocked no extra parts or connections so I had to find an auto parts store to purchase the plug and wires to be able to use the tow dolly.

JENNIFER WBe available and on time. Had a problem with U-Haul adding a dollie to the order so I cancelled that part. Person was Friendly enough, however, dog walking around. They know he may be harmless, but people who are terrified of dogs (animals) don't know that and have to live with the fear of the dog walking around, they should at least secure him if they see the person is uncomfortable.
Rachael Gwell I was given a brand new truck to use so it was great. the only thing I can think would be to offer extended cabs for people with dogs the front middle seat does not work that good for them. also passenger was commenting on how the cup holders where set up so that they had to reach far.

SARAELLA WDave"s collision was great to deal with and would definitely deal with again.The only feedback that I have for u-haul is that the 99 cents per mile is very steep. I have my own business and when my truck is in the shop I need a vehicle to do my deliveries,However at 99 cents a mile it can get rather expensive to the point I might find other alternatives. Thanks
