Never even knew this place had U-Hauls until today. I wish I had gotten the guys name who helped me, he was awesome and super knowledgeable. Just needed a truck for two or three hours, everything was smooth as hell. Guy also answered the phone at noon when I called, in a panic situation, put the keys aside and had em ready for me, and was still there at like 7pm when I picked up the truck. What a hoss. Thank you

The listed phone numbers didn't work. I had to physically drive back to confirm I had dropped off my uhaul.

He was not able to pull my reservation. Had to do it all over again on the owner's phone and then help him fill it out. He was taking pictures of the hitch when the trailer was not even hooked up. I asked him to help me hook it up, and he hooked the trailer to the wrong size hitch ball instead of the 2". So, we had to redo the whole process. He installed the left and right chains but did not cross them over or hook up the third (brake chain). The paperwork was filled out incorrectly, I requested the trailer for 24 hrs. He only put 6 hrs. of rental and equipment due at midnight the same day. I had to call Uhaul and request a refund because I was charged an extra day. He also commented that it wasn't his on to assist me in hooking up the trailer.

He didn't check my equipment in. I got charged an extra day because somehow Uhaul had it to go some other place than where I chose to take it to. The papers that Uhaul Moving and Storage of the South had on my receipt to take it to was l Dawgs Food Mart. I will never use Uhaul again.

Location says it opened at 11 but I was there until 11:39 and it never opened. I was able to pick up my rental via the app and lockbox. I was t told it would be a lockbox self serve pickup but I was able to figure it out!

Over a hundred dollars was taken from my debit card (without permission), for two Dollie’s, blankets, etc. see the problem with that , is that o never got the Dollie’s or the moving blankets. Nothing at all & I informed uhaul on the very same day that I picked the truck up that they were NOT IN THE TRUCK. I WILL NOT use the services of uhaul any longer & will advise others to stay away also

Not Professional, I called to reserve the turck, the young man said no need to reserve it. Just come in. That's what happen. Then the older gentlemen said he couldn't rent the truck to me because it was rented to someone else. He didn't know how to do the paperwork. No hand truck, not Happy at all.will never use them again.

Sunday I looked online and found a location only half a mile from me. I went there on a Monday And set up a reservation for the following Saturday.. Thursday I called them to confirm the reservation and they told me that that I could not pick up that location even though I had a confirmation text and number. They said l had to pick up at a location 15 minutes away. I called the 2nd location and confirmed the truck for Saturday. Saturday once I arrived at the further location I was told that they had no trucks and that I didn't have a reservation. I insisted that I had called and conformed they had a truck for me. They showed me the reservations and said I didn't have one. I showed them on their cellphone where they were wrong and where I had seen my name in yellow. The complete check in pricess was a joke with all my personal information being given to the worker on his cellphone. No paperwork at all.. Luckily somebody was late for their pick up so they gave me one of theirs after waiting a while to figure it out.. They charge 99 cents per mile when the other location give me a much better rate. It was raining hard and when I went to get in my truck the window was left open so it was wet inside. Once returning the truck I handed thr worker the key and he said thank you. No walk around, no milage check no gas check no nothing. I left feeling like the Che k out process yeas very sketchy. I'm extremely unhappy with the whole process

I got to this location 7 hours before their closing time. Upon trying to turn my keys in to the person working, I was told that I had to sign my truck back in online, but the email said that was only if it was after hours. He told me that because I'd gotten the truck in a different location that he couldn't sign it in at his location because the software didn't work that way and that it could only be turned in online. If this is actually true, why does the email from Uhaul say that that link is only for after hours?

Kind of an odd location to pick up a vehicle at a run down package store with two trucks. Seemed shady. Store owner was very nice.

The owner was more than helpful and went out of his way when I returned the trailer. He has a small store but is next to a huge three story self storage facility. Very convenient for drop off.

Truck cab was filthy and smelt like a urinal. I was told I would get my return receipt in 10 minutes. I had to call both the store and customer service 4 hours later to ask for it.

The truck needed service pretty bad. Bad AC, driver's door hard to shut, trouble starting, etc. It did the job, but i would not have taken it on a long trip. Also, why the HELL do you need to know who i work for and my boss's name??? That's intrusive as hell. I gave you my credit card and driver's license, name and address. I bought your insurance. I shouldn't need to provide anything else. Those question soured the entire experience

The pickup/drop-off location was located in the parking lot from a gas station and across the street from a hotel which at night seemed a little dangerous. I would not recommend dropping off your truck in the evening. Equipment was not included.

The app made it nearly impossible to get the Key I had to call back for the lockbox code because all the app said was to go inside and the Dawg Food Mart was closed so we couldnt do that.

I was concerned from the beginning since I could not get anyone on the phone. Then I was unable to complete the transaction without soneone there. I had to wait almost two hours for someone to get me the keys.
