Out of the way location, situated in back of a car wash, only 2 other pieces of rental equipment on property, small convenience store with gas station in front, disinterested clerk was too busy with other customers, ended up just asking if i could just leave trailer out back.STEVE K.

When I arrived to the Esso, the person wasn't ready to serve me (has to open the computer). When I give him my license driver, he question me about my name ( need your full name Mrs) and ask me my birthday and look at me just like it wasn't my identity! Look at me like suspicious??? It took him way to much time to serve me , at least 15-20 minutes. The lights on the right side of the thriller wasn't working.Keven M.

The first location was cancelled on me, the 2nd location the hauler was missing a tail light. The third location by the time I got the trailer home I had a flat tire and the other tire was so bad it was replaced to. The call in number for road side assistance is horrible, the website for help is impossible to find and leaves you unsure it even was workingJohn S.

The Dawson Road location was fine but the reservation was made at your Regent location. We showed up to pick up the 26ft truck we reserved only to be told they didn't have it there and we had to go to this Dawson Road location instead to get a 26ft truck. Very dissapointingTanner G.

I paid online with with my credit card, then I phoned the location and asked if my friend can pickup the trailer and the guy said yes as long as he has a license and when my friend went to pick it up they said no it had to be myself, also I figured since I had given my credit card on line to pay I could just pick it up, no the guy had to go through the whole process again, I was very unimpressed with the whole experience, my friend recently rented a trailer at another location and said he just had to pick it up no problem, plus he got help from the uhaul rental place.Patricia Z.

The trailer I rented was ready for pick-up at the time arranged. Online confirmation was smooth and reduced person to person contact. No unforeseen challenges or expenses and the trailer worked great. I was happy with my experience and would recommend renting from the Dawson Rd location. I would be willing to rent from this location again in the future.Justin L.

Had to run across city to get trailer when I made my reservation close to me get there trailer marker lights do not work lucky the brake lights and turn signals worked then find out I have to bring it back to the same location across the city when I have a uhaul 5 mins away from me I had to go the 45mins out of my way and 45 mins back what a joke you should be able to drop it off any location it used to be that way dont know why this time was differentJason M.

This is the 3 time I have gone to rent an auto transport and the tires have been terrible, not just this location, but others as well. I would not use it a spare! bad for someone that does not know what to look for and be stuck for 5 hrs!!! , as previous times for me when the tires have blown out or gone flat!paul D.
attendant didnt fill out the forms correctly didnt put in that it was a one way rental. this was my fourth uhaul i had to visit this day to get a dolly rented. i was continually sent to a different location being told that they had dollies to rent. on location on mcphillips reserved a dolly for me but reserved it at regent and then sent me to Logan to pick it up. it was an extremely unpleasant rental experience.doug N.

Staff took about 25 min to hand me the keys. Apparently they are using an old laptop. The truck was dirty on the inside and air conditioner had only hot air. U-HAUL will definitely be my last resource next time.Luiz D.

I forgot to ask where the drop box for the key was when I rented the uhaul, but he also should have told me where it was. He called the next day and asked where it was. I told him I couldn't bring it in within the 24 hrs I rented it from, so i asked where the drop box was. After i returned the key to the drop box. They called and left a message saying they were gonna charge me several hundred dollars for it. Which means they didn't even look for it or didn't need to look for it cause no one needed the uhaul but they still charged me anyway.Johnathon M.

Not charge someone for a extra day when they didn't have it for a extra day. Was charged the two day rate when I returned it then 6 days later they charge me on my credit card for another day. That's dirty!Steven S.
The trailer I rented was a 6x12 enclosed cargo trailer. The one item that was missed was I had no way of lifting it off my truck and had to get help. I own flat bed trailers and all of them have a. Lift leg that cranks up. When the trailer was full of furniture there is no way I could lift it alone and I'm not a small man . If I rent again I would go somewhere else if that wasn't on the trailer. The crank leg could be installed for about $50.00Ted K.

Just for better care of your own equipment, it may be a good idea to have the dawson esso lot properly excavated with more solid gravel perhaps. It is quite messy behind the building where all the trucks and trailers are stored. Also some other broken bits of light covers etc is layingg in the mud. Best to keep it clean so a customer doesn't by chance get blamed for flat tires. The staff are great however. Very helpful and friendly.Tabitha O.
