I've rented trailers from 6 different locations since moving to Ohio. Dayton Billiards was by far my best experience. Both employees were extremely polite, friendly and eager to help. Even though I live in West Chester, I will still make the 40 minute trip to Dayton Billiards from here on out.

Trailer had not been swept, it even had empty drink bottles in it. I was the first customer and it still took over 20 minutes to get checkout out. I have yet to have a good experience at one of the satellite locations!

Have some there to rent uhaul that knows what they are doing.... shouldn’t have to wait for them to call someone to walk them through the rental process.

The lights on my trailer did not work when I attempted to use them after dark. Called Uhaul customer service to get a refund and I have not heard anything back. Would love to get a refund for the trailer since I could not safely use it.

They didn’t open until 11 o’clock, but the guy went ahead and let us in like 10 minutes early and got us checked in and got us out of there! Both guys there were very nice:)

Usual UHaul guy was out but the sales associate did a great job setting up the rental.

I was told that I did not have to fill up the gas tank upon return. Additionally, I was supposed to pick up my U-Haul at 10am, but due to the employees at Dayton Billiards, I didn’t pull out of the location until about 11:30. The individual that “helped” with the uhual appeared to be under the influence. He was constantly belching, had slurred speech, and he was cussing as he was talking to me. He was completely unprofessional. I do not believe that I should have to pay over $80 for this experience.

Get a full time attendant that is computer compinent. Knowledge of system. Equipment is ck'd before issuing out. Our unit had dirty blankets in the back and 1 tie down on floor was missing. Attendants work station a disastef, including large bowl of dried up Roman noodle soup looking to be 2 days old.

I rented the u-haul 10-foot truck on 7/8/18 at around 3 PM. Returned the same day at 4:50 PM before the closing of the day. The u-Haul guy said he is in hurry and will send the receipt very next day and he will make sure to check out the truck on time. To my surprise, even though I returned the truck within 2 hours, I have been charged for 2 days rent. Tried calling the Uhaul facility with no response.

The truck was fine but it was at a sketchy location. The personnel at the store were using profane language and using chewing tobacco while speaking to me, which I found unprofessional and discourteous. I also felt that I was overcharged, as I only needed the truck for 2 hours and brought it back at a full tank as requested.

The whole process was confusing. The location was supposed to open at 1 and I was there a little after 1 and they hadn’t unlocked their doors. The representative who helped me was very unprofessional in language and behavior. I found out later that the representative didn’t dispatch the tow dolly properly which caused me quite a bit of frustration when I realized the tow dolly wouldn’t work with my car and I spent 3 hours on the phone with support trying to drop it back off and get my money back. It was honestly a nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend renting from this location ever.

I did not have the furniture pads in the truck as I requested and paid for. I had to drive to another location to retrieve them which added to my mileage. It would have been nice to have had the cost of the pads credited back to me for my inconvenience.

I booked through U-Hauls website for a pick-up location that was said to be open for pick-up on a Sunday at 12:30 pm. I arrive at the location and find it closed. My reservation had to be transferred to a different location as I was then unable to sign in to website to retrieve any self-check in info. Dropping off the vehicle at the new location wasn't any easier. The vehicle key didn't even, remotely, fit into through the lock box slot. Thankfully, the reservation manager hadn't left yet and I was able to catch him, and give him the key. I wasn't impressed.

I picked up the truck before the location opened. It was parked behind the building, which wasn't hard to find, but when it came time to get the key, I didn't know where the lockbox was. The truck was parked at least 150 feet away from it and the online system gave no indication of where it was. That was the only issue I had.

Inconsistent "Stars" to denote damage. Some were falling off and some damage was not noted. Given the "self check in" procedure, this took way too much time to review the damage and would have taking at least 30 minutes to document all the inconsistencies that I didn't have time to do. Like the 24 hour self check in/check out process in theory. Just need some minor improvements to make it great.

I am glad I don't need to rent a hauling vehicle very often. My experience renting this UHaul van was a joke. I booked this UHaul rental online at the location closest to me. I received an error message and had to call the UHaul customer service #. I gave her my order # so she could change my pick from self serve to in person. She told me I could pick up until 7, because the location I selected was open until then. I get to the location I selected, and the rep there tells me that I booked at another location. She said they move rentals to another location when a selected location is out of rentals. No one told me this. I didnt receive any email to indicate this change, and the rep on the phone never told me. So, we drive to the 2nd location, and the guy working there was very slow. We were the only people waiting, and he kept having issues finalizing our rental. We were probably in there for at least 30 mins while he kept talking to himself as he tried to get the computer to finish our rental. His cell phone kept ringing and he kept looking at it and answering, telling the caller he was w/ a customer. He answered his phone 2 times during our transaction. He finally called UHaul and I am not even sure what they told him to do, because he told us to just take the key and leave and come back the next day to work it out. We were just renting the van for 2 hours. He tried to finish one more time, and miraculously, it worked. He was a nice guy, but totally not efficient and very slow. Upon returning the vehicle after hours, he instructed us to leave the key under the drivers side w/ the door unlocked, because their drop box didnt work. I couldnt believe that. Anyone could have come and stolen that van. I won't rent from UHaul again if I can help it, and never again from this location (Dayton Billards)

The area where trucks are parked doesn't have a "safe" feel to it. Inside the building was terribly cluttered, unorganized and felt dirty.

Truck was somewhat old, it rained and the windshield wipers were as old as the truck, meaning they didn't work well and visibility was terrible.
