Went to the location in Liberty first then contacted the location and Ames both very unprofessional. The third and final location I still had to get assistance with the one 800 number. The first one 800 number was clueless as to what branch head what? Terrible experience.oscar S.

No drop box. They charged me an extra day when I dropped the truck off same day. The app was not working, error said there was a problem on your end. I called to report that the next day and the rep said that cameras will be check and no extra charges will be made if dropped the same day. I was still charged an extra day, I have opened a dispute for this..Ide L.
Well not everyone has a smart phone and if my son had not been there it would have been impossible to check out or back in. The truck we had needs a front end alignment very bad.Mark B.

The specific location I picked up the UHaul was a gas station. So I thought when I brought the truck back I could just top it off before I gave the key back but the gas station does not serve gas. It's a chevron but does not serve gas and is a cash only business.Dustin T.

Arrived at the gas station and was told that the person with the keys to the truck was not going to be there till 9:30 when I had a 9 o'clock reservation. So I come back at 9:30 and the attendant then tells me that If it has a lock on it I need to download the app. I wish I knew that earlier!! Then I couldn't get the app to swap to a truck share so finally I was able to do it on the website. The truck smelled horrible but was clean. Also there isn't a section on your app to select if it smells like someone smoked in it b4 which it did. The truck steering wheel popped when you turn it and the tires where bald. But needing a uhaul and having no other option I had to use it. This is the second time if used a uhaul and will prob be my last. Not worth the hassle. Or the almost $100 I had to pay for itKelby W.

We returned the rental right away, less than 48 hrs from pick up and this location were not able to credit us for any of the 3 & 1/2 unused days. And yet the 57 miles we went over the allotted miles given for the trip couldn't even be waived in lieu of the early return. So *NOTE* early returns are not rewarded in any way! This older style vehicle assigned for our trip struggled during acceleration and the belt squeaked loudly. The vehicle poured pools and puddles of water to which a roadside assistance service was sent to a rest stop we were at to check it out for us only to inform us it was the A/C that was causing the puddle and it was â€œthrowingâ€ water on the belt which caused it to squeak. So what can you do to improve for the next customer? Give the rental drop off locations the ability to waive or credit fees for unused time/small mileage overages.Melanie B.

Uhaul IT systems systems seem to be aging, difficult to utilize the current system. Also difficult for attendee at the pickup location to do the same. They mentioned this is a ongoing problemRONALD W.

I had to stand at the counter and use the app instead of the agent assisting me. I never did get the mileage and fuel level to enter in the app and was overcharged for mileage, fuel and insurance. I have contacted them regarding these issues and once again, they can not help me. I am a repeat rental customer. I have never had such a bad experience prior to this. I need a manager to contact me and issue a refundrandall S.
I had no issues with my drop off location, but dropping off with the uhaul website/app was full of issues. It wouldn't let me take a picture in the website, but it wouldn't let me upload a picture either. Let me upload my own picture instead of having a buggy camera built into the site.Hannah B.
The truck was filthy and a half a tank. It was all banged up. On the way home with the truck the tire blew. It took over two hours to get the truck. And when returning it uhaul sent us the wrong address then charge for the extra mileage. And then wanted to charge us for leaving it at a half a tank because that's what was in the truck when we got it.DANNY B.
The tenant was very unknowledgeable. She was hung up assisting another customer that she was not capable of helping. Made the entire check in process take a lot longer than it should have.Troy R.

Have someone who knows about the uhaul there during uhaul times. The employee said he didnt know nothing about uhaul procedures. The manager only knew,but he wasnt in. I didnt want to just leave key but employee didnt know when manager was going to in. Plus I got charged extra money but was not told what I was being charged for. Went back to store after new charge to get clarifi8on why but once again the manager in charge of uhaul wasnt there. The employee there said he didnt and couldn't deal with uhauls.Maria C.
