How do you adjust the side mirrors? Steering wheel had to be turned ~20 degrees to the left to drive straight - pretty annoying on a cross-country highway trip.

rented 6 x 12 ramp utility trailer and the running lights, tail lights and left turn signal would go on and off randomly making it VERY UNSAFE and I was very worried to get pulled over by Hwy Patrol. I noticed if I played with the 4 pin harness I could simulate what was happening. I cleaned the 4 pin connections and checked for damage to the entire harness but didn't notice what was wrong. I wasted a lot of time trying to fix the problem and had to avoid driving at night completely. I could have had a very bad outcome with this issue. When I returned the trailer I told the employee of the issue and was told they have the trailers checked monthly and would look into it.

I believe that advertising vans and small trucks in huge letters at $19.99 per day is totally misleading. That's the cost, before taxes and fees and does't take into account that you may wish to drive the vehicle off of the lot and actually use it. $19.99 + $.89 per mile or $19.99 plus $1.08 per mile would be more accurate advertising. I had the truck for less than 3 hours and put on 26 miles. My charges were $56.08 which is a far cry from $19.99.

the original reservation was changed on me to downtown LA on the last minute even after it was confirmed that I would pick up on the Hollywood way location just to say I was not happy I called the customer service & at The last Minute they saved the day the day of the actual PICK UP

The young man that helped me was very helpful and very nice for the location it was clean for the location but it seems to be awfully expensive and no receipt was given so I have nothing to go by but I can understand why it cost so much to rent a truck for one day

It took 3 hours and I was sent to 3 separate locations to pick up my truck. This caused my helpers to leave and I was stuck with little help. Your company needs to do better. This isn't my first issue with your company but it is my last. I will no longer use your services in the future

Person got in the phone and start leaving me a Voice message about start reporting the Vehicle missing due to a miss call, I truly think that's a very rude attitude, I own a business myself and personally won't tolerate this as a matter to leave as a message from any of my employees to a customer.

Fix the computer software. Your employee had to use his personal cell phone to complete the transaction because of a glitch in your company software. Something to do with one-way rental. They have been requesting repair for a long time but are being ignored. That wasted 45 minutes of my time. The employee was very good, your hardware and software stink.

There could not have been more mistakes made on this rental. It was at no fault of this rental location. They fixed all the mistakes made when I called 1-800-GO UHAUL to make my reservation. 1st....Wrong location, sending me a total of 80 miles extra round trip. Lots of frustration and last minute fixes. What's a person to do when they have a monopoly on trailer rentals.

The equipment was well maintained and somewhat clean on the inside but at all clean on the outside. The gentleman courteous enough. The pickup place did not have the opportunity for me to return the truck after closing hours. The lock box was broken, i could not leave my vehicle there as no one is around and the gate to the property was closed at closing time. No stores in the area was willing to allow the car towing equipment out of town.

We were VERY disappointed with U-Haul. Being that I booked this trip mid August, I expected to find the equipment waiting for us at the Santa Clarita location, being that we were driving all the way from Northern California. Not only was the truck NOT there, we were told that we would have to drive to PALMDALE, which is an hour EAST, to pick it up. I was steaming mad. It was 3 pm when we discovered this derailment. We were then told that the reservation and location doesn't always mean that the equipment will always be there. I have used U-Haul regularly since 2009. About once a year, under the phone number 661-212-3788, going from Santa Clarita to Phoenix, Phoenix to Sacramento, Sacramento to Los Angeles, etc., etc. NEVER before has this happened to me. My husband and I decide to make the trek to Palmdale off of the 5 freeway to Palmdale instead of driving all the way to Santa Clarita first, only to find out that they close at 5:00. They informed us that they have a system where we can go through the internet, through a number of steps
