I was promised a $50 credit from customer service because I had to travel 53 miles to pick up the truck since Maldonaldo Automotive didn't have the truck. Then travel back to Altus to load up. The credit never showed on my account. Promises not kept=unhappy customer.
William CWhen I dropped the truck off and put the keys in the drop box, I video recorded the truck being parked, made sure to get the truck number. I walked over to the drop box and video recorded the the number on the keys and then dropped them off in the drop box. The next day Uhual is calling me asking where the truck is etc etc. luckily I had video recorded proof dropping the truck off on time and at the correct location they were trying hit me with extra days using the truck.
Trevor CThe cell service is limited at the pick up location. Unable to use mobile pick up. Had to call UHaul customer service to help with picking up truck. No one at location during the posted open hours.

GR PPoor communication and a major pain to get them to open the gates during posted hours. Would use U Haul again but these people aren’t a good reflection for your business as they didn’t return calls and caused me to have to drop the trailer with hopes someone got it.

Patsy CI felt a little uneasy leaving the trailer outside of a locked gate. Maybe placing a number lock for those that are returning inside the gate. I'm sure it can be a secure number lock that can be changed with each customer. Not sure this would work but just a thought.

Tell customers what the actual prices are and when a customer is told that the rental is a one way then it should be explained at that time.over all service made me sick to my stomach we had to drive an extra 65 miles to take u haul bk to springtown when it was supposed to be one way. I think yall should pay my gas
Mark TDisappointed in U-Haul overall for changing my reservation and not honoring the price that was originally agreed to making the reservation. I understand not everything may always be available, but you then only offer a different vehicle type, have it available further away, then charge more per mile. Inconvenience the customer and charge them more isn’t great business. You should honor the original rate especially for inconveniencing the consumer.
