No concatenation, Condescending with every question and answer. Taking me nearly 40 min to rent the box truck renting with uhaul. My experiences always been positive doing it so many times. I’m aware you walk around the car w a sheet and mark for damages. Knowing she didn’t go around the truck with me i decided to pull out my cell to make a video while walking around the truck. Pulling out my cell to record the damages “ truck was discussing. Damaged pained over ect. “. She mediately let me know that I didn’t have to take a vid bc they have pictures “ another red flag “ Pointing out damage she clearly didn’t want to look or addressed. Wrapping up what seemed forever talking outside of the truck. Telling me the gas was at 3/4. Jumping into the truck while she was still there to see the gas the needle was closer to 1/2 than to 3/4. Knowing this another red flag. To put More gas in it or to charge me for it not putting enough in it. I told her the truck would be back between 8-830 to drop it off. After looking at the contract she put down 7pm not 8 pm. “ another red flag to charge me. Please get back to me regarding this. My email is jcthst@gmail.com
jarrod tWhen we went to pick up the U-Haul, the people before us had not returned it yet. So we had to make two trips in order to pick it up. Thought we should have gotten some kind of discount. But overall the experience was good as far as renting from you.

ralph bThe location was fine but the pick up experience was awful. At no point was I told how the pick up worked or that I needed the Uhaul app to get my truck. When you called me to confirm my reservation, I should have been told those steps. Awful pick up experience waiting on hold for >15 minutes.
Kimberly GThe app experience was awful. It took 20 minutes to work through it on my phone only to have the app give me an error. Then it took another 40 on my wife's phone. Thankfully it worked as I was almost out of my window for pickup.
Rock TI feel I missed a step because I got notes about returning the truck despite returning it around 10:30. The truck was a little dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke.
Manuel SI travel extra miles to utilize this Uhaul place. I can always depend on their professionalism and courtesy in working with the staff. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Shaugne TI went 60 miles to pick this up cuz that's where the car was but then I had to go 60 miles back to deliver at my house and then they wanted it to be returned back to their place another 60 miles not very happy

BRIANR CQuick easy pickup and drop off. Friendly service. Would definitely use again. Only drawback is signage isn't big enough for a busy rte 9 location.

Edward EI was charged an additional 65.00 but never received the final bill to explain the charges. This happened the last time I rented from them, too. I was charged an additional 82.00.

Fabio RJoy, at DeVoe’s, was wonderful, as always! We had a brand new GMC 10’ Box Truck that was very nice to drive. Not sure there’s anything that can improve the service with Joy and DeVoe’s UHaul!
Philip JUnfortunately, I don't remember the name of the woman I worked with here. She helped me out a lot before the rental in Earlville and drop off was a breeze.
Mark SUpon arrival of dropping off my rental, I was told by the owner to just put the key in the drop box. I received my receipt via email the next day.
Lori LThe lady was rude and a Bully. I used them one time before and only again because of the location. Both times she was not nice to do business with. She wears a shirt that says, kind people like kind people, but with her it she say, kind people don't like Bullies.
Renee RWhile truck was clean it was not very well maintained. Scratches and dings all the way around on pick up, the bed of the truck creaks and groans like crazy as if it's about to come off. The app needs some better configuration, ask people to take pictures before they start the inspection so they can upload as they go instead of having to stop, take a picture, wait for it to load if the app doesn't disconnect, then load the picture then wait for the app to see it and repeat, it's daunting.
